I was disappointed how hard it was to change my name on the ticket and at having to pay £82 to do this. However, Ashlin was very helpful in arranging this for me. He called when he said he was going to call and appreciated the urgency of my request. Overall he was excellent to deal with.

Sorted the lack of confirmation of e-ticket ffrom previous encounter very efficiently and effectively.

Beware! I have had a negative experience with this company. After what I had thought purchased airline tickets, they sent me several e-mails to advise they could not confirm booking and to contact them by phone. The airline had confirmed the booking and I had electronic tickets from them!
Airline network eventually responded to my e-mails advising that the fare had been changed and I was asked to authorise the price increase (over £100 ). This despite the original fare still being advertised on theirs and Skyscanners web sites. They were advised of this with screen shots of their site. So be careful

I wish to thank Herman for his assistance today. As my dad passed away today, I had to change my ticket, he took all the endeavours to assist me in changing the date. I really appreciate his help.

Very quick to respond following a problem regarding my booking, however the issue should never have arisen if the booking was clear on skyscanner

I never usually write reviews but i thought i owed it to Airfare Network to write one. Initially after reading the reviews below i wanted to withdraw my payment.

I called customer service planning on getting a refund but to there testament they assured me everything was fine, confirmed my booking and saved me £30 off my airfare.

quite a few bad reviews but i think as long as you don't cancel or change your booking they're a pretty fair company.

I booked an Etihad business class ticket using the link on SkyScanner. After a couple of hours, the reservation didn't seem valid so I started to get suspicious and read the reviews :/

I called their call centre which does appear to be in India but I was provided with the airline booking reference and told it would be ticketed in a few hours. Very polite chap.

Sure enough, it's come through and all is well so I can't really fault the service.

I am aware that booking via these websites comes with expensive cancellation & change fee's but I saved over £1,800 by not booking directly with the airline so I guess added fees are to be expected but the trick is don't change or cancel :p

Anyway, I figured a good review was in order.

Disgraceful scam. Avoid at all costs.
I used the Skyscanner app on my iPhone to search for cheap flights. The app gave prices and links to travel agents. The link to airfarenetwork showed it had a 5 star satisfaction rating. I booked and immediately got an email with my itinerary but it said “itinerary confirmed- ticket in queue for issuance”. I called next day to find out when the ticket would be issued. They told me there were no more seats at that price and asked me for £350 more in order to issue the ticket.
I checked the BA website and my itinerary was confirmed - I doubt it would appear if payment had not been made.
It looks like these nasty scammers draw you in with the promise of cheap tickets then use pressure selling to get you to pay more money.

I booked a flight on Airfare Network last January 11th and then I canceled it after a few days. Meanwhile there are a lot of withdraw in my CIBC account. And I'm still missing $283 except penalty. (The cancellation fee is also really expensive.)

I already talked to several times with Sharon who is charge of me but she always doesn't response, and they always told me "it's not our fault, you have to prepare the document about it". So I went to CIBC to get the evidence and the bank teller told me it was so weird, you have to get a money. After that I'm trying to talk to Sharon again, but she still wasn't available then the other guy told me we escalated your issue so just wait it.

But I'm still missing money and they don't refund yet. It has been almost 3 months. I really can't understand. I never use this company again. Don't give them any business for running unethical practices.
