Alex was really helpful and got me a really good deal on my flight

I booked to go to Australia and then the flights needed to change. I spoke to Jitty but due to my work schedule we kept missing each other, she contacted me via what’s app so I could reply when I was free which was so helpful as I could sort it out when I had free time between work rather than sitting on hold and talking to different people she became my one point of contact. Jitty was polite and helpful and went above and beyond to get my new flights sorted for me, everytime she sent me a document via email she also told me she had sent it so I could check it was there and had been received, I would use this company again

We received a professional yet personalised service from a lady called Sharon. We got what we wanted at a competitive price. Can’t ask for more really. Thank you
