This company cheats on you. I have booked ticket for my daughter and there were not tickets and as a result I had to book the ticket in last minute for much higher price. They do not care, do not give you ticket and after 30 days I am still waiting for the refund. Please avoid this company

Terrible experience. Called me 2 times to up my price, once a week before now today 2 days before. Complete scam on their behalf and caused an immense amount of stress.

Jaspal was the representative that worked with me. He was very good. He helped me through my preflight experience where my ticket was put on hold and I needed to pay $87 more after I had already paid for comfort seats and they were reserved. So paid. However flight from Knoxville was delayed due to fog. Missed my connection in Atlanta by 10 minutes. Needed to take later flight and ended up in back across from bathroom. Sure missed my comfort seat. Is there anyway to get refund or discount on any further flights. I am a senior and regular customer of Delta. Always go for reservations direct through Delta.
