Alhamdullilah performed Umrah the first Ashra of Ramadan, every thing went so well, transportation was a bit delayed but everything else was perfectly fine, inshAllah will go with you in future

Beware, people! This person is a scammer. He used to answer the phone, but after I transferred the money to him, he stopped answering.i said my . He was saying, "My name is Muhammad, from Pakistan."

This person Muhammad is a Fraud,you will only get your tickets because you paid with your credit card, he will fool you into giving you luxury hotels for cheaper price,he only answers the phone on what's ap only,he never picked up my son at the airport, the hotels were never booked, he gives you a paper with some random reservations number.This person is has no heart,Allah will punish him on the day of judgment, Please do not fall for this Fraud.

My name is Muhammad and I reside in New Mexico,
I wish I had read the reviews before they schamed me,
I spoke with one agent her name is Summaya she convenience me to send her $2,500 but I only sent her $1,000 by Zelle through my bank account.
Then I read the reviews about them that,they scammed someone for$ 17,000 and never got their money back.
I changed my mind and asked Summaya to return my $1,000 she then changed her time and stopped responding to my messages and stop answering my phone calls.

I'm going to report them to FBI also to the better Business Bureau, and Cyber crime department.
These people are definitely scamming people by getting thousands of dollars and not returning it.
Do no again Do Not trust these fraud Mina travel...

They are so called Muslims who are scamming other Muslims on the name of pilgrimage travel Hajj and Umrah...
They will rot in hell for this act.
Rhey have changed their address from Houston to Pakistan online travel company...

These people have Muslim names such as Muhammad and Summaya, but I don't think they are Muslims because they are collecting money from other Muslims and doing Haraam act,
They are claiming that they have special slots from Nusic app through Saudi Government but they don't they just collect the money and after that they say we couldn't get the slot for you and keep you deposited money for long time to collect the interest.
I filed a report to the local cyber crime department in Houston, TX and also FBI and Bettter Business Bureau, will be informed about their dirty act by looting seniors like me.

The lady Summaya has changed the what's app security code from calls to an automated response.
I received a message from a Guy name Muhammad just offering the package for Umrah and Hajj.
I have been calling but they aren't responding about returning my $1,000.
Please don't do any business with them.

Alhamdullilah performed Hajj with Mina travels, things were a bit compromised such as shuttles in Mina .transport for visit of holy places, but rest services are better and worthy. Would recommend every one, inshAllah looking forward to do Hajj in up coming years with u INSHAALLAH

Mina Travels scammed me for $16998. As of now, I can not get my money back. Please do not use Zelle, a digital payment service, because you cannot get your money back. Please beware of their agents, Ashir Rashid, Ahmed Saifu, and Irfan Tahir. They are scammers who will do nothing but steal your money. Also, they don't have an office in Houston. (Hajj Package 2025)

The Mina travels CEO contacted me on WhatsApp and agreed to refund my 16998 in two installment with the first installment of $6000 being sent to my account on Monday, 9th of March 2026. JZK. I'll keep this thread updated with the latest developments.

The Mina travels sent to my account $4000 instead of $6000. They texted me that the rest of $12998 will be sent to my bank account this week. I will
Keep updated until I receive my full amount.

I am still waiting for the rest of my refund of $12,998. They promised me that I would get my refund after Eid, which was on 03/20/2026. Also, I sent a text to them about the update, but they have not replied to me yet.

The best part of our journey with Mina Travels was the knowledgeable guides who made the rituals easy to understand and follow. Their group coordination was top-notch. I would definitely travel with them again.

Excellent communication and prompt service. Whenever I had questions before or during Umrah, Mina Travels was just a phone call away. Their staff is polite and very understanding. Highly recommended

Do not trust them.
They are a scam. They took $4000 from me outside of NUSUK, which is the only way to get a HAJJ VISA.
They use all the appropriate Islamic terms to convince you they are Muslim, but I fear hey may be non-Muslims from India or Israel.
You can only pursue Hajj through the NUSUK app and from the Saudi Government.

They promised me a trip to Hajj 2025, but no visa was approved.” I have requested a refund of $17,000.00, which I transferred to them by bank. Promises and excuses never get the money back. Now they do not reply. I reported to my bank, and they said their account is closed. It is a scam.
Mina Travels company and consultants, Ahmed Saifu and Ashir Rashid, are frauds/scammers.

This company is a fraud.
They promised me a trip to Hajj and “ no visa vas approved “ I have requested refund of $11,000.00 I have wired to them. Promises and excuses never got the money. Filed the claim with my bank and will file claim with the local FBI office as well.

Tyrone I booked my trip for umrah with Mina travel sister Saira as very helpful the service me and my family receive was Hamdullah it was just wonderful the hotels was nice and clean and close to the kabba and the prophets masjid may Allah reward Mina travel

I had à great expérience with this travel agency. Brother Ahmed was very good to me and made himself available for me and my wife with any questions we had. Overall the umrah expérience was really great.

I was recommended Mina Travel by a friend and Ashir and his team were very professional and true to the ""T"". Our Umrah package was catered to our family needs and budget. Tour guides were friendly and knowledgable. Hotels were 5star in every aspect--clean & breakfast was to die for!! Taha was extremely helpful, he stayed in constant contact with us and it made sure everything was going well and up to par. He would make sure we were comfortable and gave us many different options for flights and hotels for us to choose from. I have already recommend him to family and friends and I would recommend him to everyone. Mina travels made our experience 10 times easier

Travel Agent Ashir has been great help. Everytime I need to travel I just send him the dates and price range and he sends back a few options in less than 30 minutes. Very easy to book a ticket and have different payment methods.

My wife and I recently embarked on a journey from Houston to Pakistan on January 03, 2025, followed by our trip from Pakistan to Saudi Arabia for Umrah on January 10, all arranged through Mina Travels. From start to finish, their service was outstanding.

Agents in the NYC office were extremely helpful, coordinating everything with a friendly and professional approach. The pricing was competitive, and our accommodations in both Mecca and Medina were top-notch, situated right next to the Harams, which made our stay even more convenient. Personalized transport for airport transfers, visits to historical sites, and the journey from Mecca to Medina was prompt and comfortable.
