I bought the Airback Matt Black with the Air Pump. The product is fantastic. However, I had an issue with the air pump. I contacted the support who immediately replied. They sent a replacement pump. It's good to now that Airback has our back!

An approx £200 order of the Go Backpack for my son's 21st - delivered to a neighbour (who was not in) so left outside with the seal broken on the box. Yet again, another fabulous UPS delivery! With products at the price these back packs are, surely you expect a better level of service from your couriers - especially when your box states 'fragile'!!!

Airback is THE BEST traveling bag! They are able to hold so much, in such a small space. Perfect for any type of traveling that you need to do!

I recently purchased the very expensive air back backpack with weight handle. This came to £247 including shipping. I was expecting that for the price the Rusack would be brilliant. I travel a lot and have been really wanting to reduce the amount that I carry, especially given airlines are constantly hiking up the prices for both carry-on and hold luggage. I wanted to wait until I had actually used bag before I wrote an honest because when the bag first came, it appeared to be good quality, although heavier than I expected. Firstly, I enjoyed the USB port, but really this is only good if you’re sat somewhere with the bag closeby to charge your phone. The backpack is definitely too large to take on board any of the budget airlines once it’s filled. The compression straps didn’t really work and because it isn’t a hard shell it ends up being a funny shape because of all the pockets. I’m only 5ft3 and I found the straps incredibly uncomfortable when carrying for any length of time It didn’t sit right on my shoulders and on a recent trip to Iceland and Canada I found that it gave me shoulder and back pain. I reached out to air back To query why it didn’t have a chest/hip strap, which would obviously support the weight of the bag much better. You would at least expect a hip strap for the £247… I was told I could purchase one from their website at an added cost… Really? Ok. This is supposed to be a superior backpack for travelers. The next issue I had, which is the biggest issue, When using the vacuum seal part of the bag, this worked great at home when I used my own vacuum which had brilliant suction, but the travel pump provided within the bundle is just not adequate, I used it for a solid five minutes just standing there, and the option was awful. It didn’t offer any kind of compression, the pump was just not powerful enough. I reported this to their customer service team asking for a refund, I was just so disappointed because this was the whole reason why I wanted to purchase this bag. If the suction does not offer any kind of vacuum pack benefit this presents a big challenge when you’re traveling and having to get multiple flights. Consequently, I ended up having to pay the extra fee to carry on my bags with easyJet. Which was actually quite daunting because I found that I couldn’t fit my garments back in the bag so ended up wearing +++ layers to prevent me having to buy an entire new bag. I was told by Customer Care that the pump is for Travel convenience? More like travel inconvenience, I’d advise that I wanted to return the bag Because it just is not fit for purpose if anything I feel like I’ve been sold a dream that doesn’t exist.

I can’t recommend the bag, If you’re purchasing it for vacuum packing capability I would be very wary. The suction on the portable pump is substandard. If you have a few extra items you want to take buy one of the empty neck pillows. This is much better. You can roll up several garments and stuff it into the neck pillow and you won’t be charged by the airline. You can pick these up for $10. Fine if you pack light, If you want to get value out of the vacuum capability, you’re going to be disappointed and you’ll be left with clothes that you can’t fit in your bag once you’re down route.

Note - response is once again generic, arbitrary and unhelpful. I wanted a refund due to dissatisfaction and as stated, the pump doesn’t work nor is it offering “convenience”

Unfortunately the brand support stop replying for me after doing for them a video that got 1.5 million views on our facebook page and we are discussing to remove it as we got no reply from the brand support so my advice don’t trust this brand or any promises you will get from them
