I purchased the Max Carry on bundle. The details of the design and material is of high quality much more deserving of the price.
Morever, their customer service was world class, promptly responding and addressing issues with shipment and delivery.

I backed the Airback Flex on Kickstarter, and my first experience with it has been very positive. On my first Ryanair trip, I saved roughly £100 on baggage fees, which was a great start.

It’s ideal for short trips as hand luggage. That said, in all honesty, you’re unlikely to pack for more than about four days. I was also a bit surprised by the vacuum feature—it doesn’t seem to compress beyond roughly 50%, but it certainly makes a noticeable difference.

All in all, I’d happily recommend this bag.

I misunderstood when I made my purchase and believed my airback came with the pump included since there’s a picture of it in the description so when my airback came to my house without the pump I was really disappointed and wrote my experience to the customers service and they wrote me back very quick and with a solution! What a fantastic way of travelling with a lot of luggage without paying any additional airline fees! We went on a 5 day trip with the two of us and took the Airback Flex and Airback Original with us. No extra fees, no hassle, all our clothes with us. Great!

The backpack looks smart and vacuum function works but it does not fit in the Ryanair hand luggage box when filled and been charged twice since purchasing. Nice idea but doesn’t fulfill the requirement unfortunately

Very trust worthy, I took the carry-on backpack, but forgot to buy the bundle for the air pump and 2 weeks later, I explained my mistake and they still sent me the bundle for the air pump with the same reduction, even though it was MY mistake.

Delivery was very delayed a order got missed.
I had to phone when I realised I was going away today- not bag.
Bag arrived. Absolutely inpossible to undone compression bag. Not just me- 2 big blokes tried.
They offered to send replacement.
I needed it for going away but know it wouldn't arrive in time.
Asked for a refund.
Emails now being ignored.
Apart from that I don't understand having a laptop sleeve that isn't removable.
For an expensive laptop it means wasting time sourcing and buying a decent sleeve before laptop can be taken out of hotel rm to a co work space or coffee shop.
Crazy ! So minus 5 for customer service.

I have only just bought an air back carry on luggage and haven't received it yet but I was having a little trouble with the website (my fault entirely), so I decided to contact for assistance.
