Saw the advert online and thought it was worth a try. Paid and noted I had been charged for an extended warranty, but thought oh well the unit sounds amazing I can cope with the extra charge.

The item arrived within a week. I opened the box and got out the fan. I was in absolute horror the fan is not even worth £10.00.

The fan does not cool the room within 5 minutes at all. I immediately emailed the company asking for a refund.
I was advised I would get back the extended warranty within 5-7 days now 2 weeks and not received it back.
I was then offered upto 75% of the cost of the fan and to keep it. I declined and then advised I could return to a UK address and I would receive my money back within 5-7 days as long as I provided the tracking.

Tracking sent and email continued positively about refund.

I then emailed them on the day of delivery of the returned fan and no reply.

I then started a new email trail and that has gone dead now with no replies to emails.

Do not order from this company. Total scam. £80.00 later plus the delivery to return the fan back to the company and no response to my emails to claim money back.

Please please do not buy from this sham of a company … 3 weeks on and I still haven’t received any fans. They’ve fobbed me off with a few emails, they charged me for 3 warranties which I never agreed to. I am in the process of escalating this fraud with my credit card company.

I bought 2 airabreeze units, one leaked water and the other only lasted for 2 hours before running out of water.
It has taken over a week since I last had any communication, and I was about to ask PayPal to refund my money, as both units were faulty.

I ordred 2 units, they added 2more plus insurance. I emailed immediately but was told they had been dispatched and would need to wait for delivery to return them. Although i was still receiving emails asking if i wanted to increase order.
They arrived, they leak water and are no more effective than a fan.
I emailed them daily requesting details for retuning items but never got information. I then got an email asking if i wanted a 25% refund and keep items. I replied that I would accept this but would still want to return the 2 extra.
I received 25% refund next day, this is the best I can hope for.
This company is a scam and products are useless.

Items took longer to come than promised and upon delivery, were disappointing in performance.

Further to my earlier review and updates, I've still received no response to any of my emails and continue to get promotional emails from AiraBreeze. The unit ordered has been returned and a full refund requested including the unauthorised warranty and shipping costs which, despite many reviewers saying the same, AiraBreeze seem adamant that these costs were included clearly when ordering which, in my case were certainly not! So angry and disappointed that they don't reply to my emails but my bank are claiming a Chargeback with all the evidence I've provided.

Total scam, ordered 2 and they charged extra for extended warranty which I didn't want. Also I have not received products. They said they're going to refund for the warranty but guess what?

Been trying to get a refund code for nearly 3 weeks as these machines are pretty useless in hot weather and don't do what the company claims.
Sent numerous emails but no RMA code being sent.
DONT BUY THIS PRODUCT.

I received a faulty item and requested a refund. They replied straight away to my request stating that a refund will be made. Four days later money was back in my account. Although I had certain reservations about the company I have to say they have dealt with my problem quickly and professionally.

Biggest load of utter rubbish, couldn't blow a feather off your bum, it's a silly wee fan with water and blotting paper. Don't buy this rubbish, they tried to sell me two as two instead of one arrived. Also one was £20 dearer than the other and one of them was broken, after trying to get my cash back PAYPAL stepped in and refunded me for this crap

I read reviews on "Consumer reviews" website, which praised the units, so 3 units were ordered on July 2nd 2026.
Their website stated we would get a tracking number within 24 hours and standard delivery would be 5-9 business days.
Problems:-
1) No tracking info ever received
2) £29.97 extended warranty was added by seller. This was NOT selected.
3) I began to get uneasy after 5 days and contacted them, requesting they cancel the order. I was told it was too late as the order had been shipped. (really?)
4) We were supposed to get a refund of the warranty we did not select. Not happened yet.
5) I paid £12.95 for "Priority Shipping, which appears to have made no difference.
6) We are now into business day 15 and have received zero notifications. So much for 5-9 days delivery!
7) Their "tracking" status is rather confusing. It shows as "Out for Delivery" before it shows as "Shipped", but we still have no tracking no.
Bottom line here - AVOID this company!!
I don't care how good the product is - their delivery statements, information and tracking are useless.
I have now filed a non delivery dispute with the credit card company.
I would score them zero if I had that option!

Well I was disappointed with the performance of the fan it didn’t meet with the expectations I was expecting, from the description in the advertisement, so I would like to return it and receive my money back. Thank you

AiraBreeze just arrived having paid £76.88 I have never seen such plastic RUBBISH in all my life. A SCAM. Please watch the independent video and other Comments.
A SCAM 100% noticeably they have put a hold on sales. The plastic wind direction doesn't fit properly, trying to fit it, the sides open up. GEES CRAP 💩 😑 big time. I won't waste electricity or pint water to get a puff of wind. £76.88 for 6×6" box of plastic and 4 weeks to ship. RECYCLING BIN

One star is too high. A scam site selling a cheap made in china fan worth less than £20 - if it works, for 4 times as much. Very poor customer service and do everything possible to avoid a refund. Don't touch it. Have had to refer a complaint to Barclaycard to try and get my money back as they regularly lie.

I unfortunately was sucked into buying one of these cooling units. It was ineffective & leaked & very flimsy. I contacted Airabreeze & after quite a few emails back & forth they instructed me to return it & would give me a full refund. The unit has arrived at their address but I have no confirmation from them & no refund as yet.

Have requested a refund and heard nothing back from them and conveniently its just below the £100 limit for Section 75 so you can't reclaim the money back on your credit card.

No issues in accepting the item was damaged on arrival, only problem was how long replacement took to arrive, I should have cancelled this sooner, obviously it had already been dispatched. Need help to now return the replacement, disappointed in how flimsy the product is hence on/off button broken and inside the unit.

The assistant was polite and helpful.

A complete scam. A dodgy company. The device does absolutely nothing. Stay well away.
