I ordered a phone case, this company isnt up and running anymore. luckily i rung this number +447500589676 and they bank transfered me my money back, if anyone is struggling on claiming a refund I would ring the above number and explain and give your order number and get your money back, hope this helps someone who was in the same position as me.

Do not buy from here!!
My order never arrived. I contacted numerous times. Email, phone, via website. Weeks have passed, No response at all. My money has been taken and not order received. No communication at all. There’s an option to track. You have to download another app and give further information and it still does not track your item. DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE!!

No reply to phone or emails.......................
Even though the address was typed in the confirmation had a different one for both delivery and payment detaiIs. I emailed with no response and tried on a number of occasions to phone and left messages with again no response. Finally I contacted my CC supplier and asked them to cancel the payment as the payment address was incorrect. The only contact I have had was a request for a review!
