His son tripped on the long wire of a corded pool cleaner that he was using, fell, and struck his head He comforted his little boy and promised he'd never get hurt again. Buyer Beware!

Bought a brand new AIPER Scuba SE from Amazon. Not used yet. Green light indicating full charge. Doesn’t turn on?!?! BUYER BEWARE. Will be organising return. Thanks for nothing!

Turns out that Aiper sent me a brand new model, for free, just because I wrote the above review on Amazon. Not a replacement of this model, but a better one - Aiper Scuba E1. Woo Hoo!

They then asked me to change this review to a positive one, because I got a favourable outcome - request denied as I didn't want to lie to customers.

The original order was placed in Dec 2024 - Warranty expired Dec 2025.

During this period, I hadn't opened the new box and left this sealed until my new pool was finished - Jan 26th, 2026.

Less than two months later, I'm now updating this review as the new one that they sent didn't last. Broke down after six weeks and when I politely emailed them asking for Warranty details, as nothing was included, they turned around and declined my request. BUT, they offered a $30 discount IF i bought a new model.

One could determine that buying a third model after two have pretty much been DOA's would be a terrible financial decision, yet that's what Aiper is offering.

The Aiper pool vacuum is awesome at…

The Aiper pool vacuum is awesome at cleaning. I love the dual filters which gets large and small debris. It definitely with out a doubt does an amazing job at cleaning. On my pool, which has all free form curves, there is a part where the robot can’t climb the wall all the way because of my pool curvature, however, I would still purchase the cleaner again because it does an amazing job which I don’t have to do anymore.

What a pleasure to deal with Aiper in…

What a pleasure to deal with Aiper in this day and age. My Scuba is 17 months old. Purchase was seamless and it is easy to use and does exactly what it says. 6 days ago it wouldn't charge. Emailed Aiper who sent me a parcel return label to print same day. Posted it to them with Aus Post (free) on the same day and have an email with tracking number saying it is on its way back to me. I live on an island off north Qld so excellent service and the communication is outstanding. The 24 month warranty works.

Awesome Customer Service!

I purchased this skimmer last summer and it worked fantastically all season! When I brought it out for this year, I noticed a propeller wasn't turning, so I reached out to customer service. The representative was incredibly helpful, walking me through several troubleshooting steps. When those didn't solve it, he immediately offered to repair or replace the unit. The turnaround was impressively fast, and I’m back up and running. I cannot recommend this company enough for their top-tier support!

Love our units

My company is truly grateful for the superb customer service. We also needed a warranty repair and we received our unit back the following week. Great turn around time. I'm definitely a loyal customer.

aiper N1 ultra,

I have a aiper N1 ultra, and it is ok for sand etc and large particulate but it will NOT vacuum smaller particles like dust or very fine mould. When it vacuums you can see some of the particles exhausting out of the top on the vacuum which overnight settles to the bottom of the pool. Overall I would not recommend the unit, I am going back to a hose connected to skimmer box so all particles will go through my activated glass filter

BEWARE - DON'T BUY

Bought my first machine on November 22, 2023 Aiper Seagull Pro THIS ONLY LASTED 10 MONTHS The replaced it with a new one and I received this on 14/10/2024 This new machine has noe broken and they WILL NOT replace.

This machine should be under a 24 month warranty that is on there website. DO NOT BUY THERE PRODUCTS

Missing part and they only giving me $15 to find part somewhere since no part in stock.

New V3

Ordering and preorder process for V3 was confusing and disjointed but after a few calls we got it worked out. Delivery, Packaging and contents was extraordinary. Setup was very intuitive and so far I’m impressed with the V3. Less impressed after 2 uses. Battery life is so short and recharge so long it takes several days just to clean pool once. And it don’t do a real good job cleaning fine particles. Don’t work on a sunshelf and can’t clean waterline only slightly below.

Not recommended

We were recommended Aiper S1Pro by a friend. Our first unit worked well for approximately 3 weeks and then stopped working. We spoke to the store we purchased from and they replaced it. The next unit stopped working after one use. We returned the unit and waited 5 weeks to be offered a full refund or the same product. We are opting for the refund. During the short time the product operated it was good but unfortunately for us in our experience it was not a durable product.
