His son tripped on the long wire of a corded pool cleaner that he was using, fell, and struck his head He comforted his little boy and promised he'd never get hurt again. A personal touch and innovation, this is how we at Aiper develop our products. Aiper's cordless robotic pool cleaner was born at that moment. Can not seem to get a return shipping label so I can get my refund

Adding to my review when dealing with super hand held pool vacuum
Do not buy it, I have gone back and forth in a continuous saga with this company. As the expression goes the right hand has no idea what the left is doing and in my situation that amounts to nothing g
I received an email stating I would be getting a full refund once the hand held unit is returned. They also stated once again that I would be receiving a return slip to place on the box. Well guess what still no return slip. Another call another drawn out conversation and a return slip will be sent out immediately. Well not sure what that means in Aiper world but I still haven’t received a shipping label. Who ever is in charge needs to really review tech support, return policy and exactly how to actually follow through with your commitment to a customer.

Scuba Charging Dock

Ordering the charging dock was easy and delivery to Germany happened within three days.
One consideration for the Aiper engineers;
Perhaps a 'sustainment mode' that occationally charges the Pool robots battery during the winter break would be an improvement.

Huge shoutout to @AiperOfficial for the amazing customer service! They honored the warranty on my pool cleaner and handled the repair so quickly. It’s refreshing to work with a company that has such caring people on their team. Highly recommend!

2 hydrocomm pro faulty units and difficult refund process

The hydrocomm pro was purchased in Nov 2025 but the pH calibration refused to work after a month. After emailing aiper they say there are no probes available nor new units either. If I prepared to wait without a timeframe of when they are due. I agreed and after over a month I received a new unit. This unit failed to read orp from day 1. Emailed them again after already emailing them dozens of times and their resolution is a $50 refund. What a insult and pathetic attempt. I now want a full refund as I am not confident that these units are not fit for its purpose. Nor am I confident that I can buy new probes as they have been out of stock since my first complaint. These are to be avoided and so is aiper customer service. Not acceptable

I wrote requesting warranty assistance…

I wrote requesting warranty assistance on a Surfer S2 I purchased from you last summer. I described the issue and Komrebi suggested that I check my trash for missing screw.
I ordered a new basket from you, it arrived today and there is no screw in the blades. I don’t have a receipt from when I bought it, but I am sure your company knows when they shipped it to me.
Love the product, hate the warranty and will not recommend you to neighbors asking about it!

Very hard to set up the water sensing…

Very hard to set up the water sensing unit and called to get some direction and couldn't give me direction has to get more detailed help figure out what's wrong don't know when I'll hear back from somebody
