Irresponsible and unfair system
I used the Aimo Park app to pay for parking and made sure the correct vehicle was shown before starting the session. The app only had my newly added vehicle, yet their system somehow recorded my old one — resulting in an unfair fine.
When I contacted support, they refused to take responsibility, even though this was clearly a technical fault on their side. Very disappointing experience. Their system is unreliable, and they expect customers to pay for their app’s mistakes.
Total rip off
Total rip off. Expensive parking and a large service fee every time you park....what service? I download the app do all the work and pay and get charged a service fee? Garbage platform
its not about the honest parking
its not about the honest parking. Its about hunting people who does a mistake and didnd read the signs, or uses wrong APP. They must have a cartel with Easypark when Easypark lets you pay for parking from their app for the area, which not belnogs to easypark, andthen aimo charges you a fee. And vice-versa. Legal robbery.
tricking you
They make it hard to pay for the parking correctly(showing wrong numbers in the app. signs in bad placement. Then they give you a fine for "not paying", so you've now paid for the wrong place (more expensive) AND the fine. So the fine is not there for wrongdoings, but just for cashing in. otherwise a more expensive parking for the right time would be valid. Sure, if it's cheeper you could be trying to "trick the system" but who tf would pay MORE knowingly.
Lousy customer service
Terrible customer service. Son parked little too long and got a ticket. That's ok. But he forgot it and told me couple days too late. Because there is an interest in payment I went to their page, so I could pay the whole amount. There was no possibility to sign in and the bot coudn't help at all. I phoned there, but there was only machine that told me they would call. That never happened, instead they sent me a bigger bill. Obviously they don't have the capacity and potential to work appropriately in this field.
Horrible company
Horrible company. The control car that was rolling by gave a fine whilst i was standing next to the car paying the parking fee. I was out of the car for like 15 seconds. Horrid scumbags. And their system of paying is shit.
Worst service in the world
This must be the worst company in the world. They give out a lot of fines. They do not arrange that you can get a receipt for your parking. Then you try to call them and they do not pick up the phone.
If I were you I would not use this parking company.

I accidentally selected a parking lot on the app that was directly next to another parking lot, paid the parking but returned to find a fine on my car!
Called Hojab (also parasites, but with nicer customer service) they said... different land owners nothing they can do.
Called Aimo, they said it's not their problem, they can do nothing and will not refund me for the incorrectly paid parking.
Ironically enough, the Bank-giro nr for the fine was for Aimo, not Hojab, so they got parking money and parking fine off 1 customer today. Disgusting!
These parking lots are less than 10 meters apart.
NEVER EVER USE AIMO PARK!!!
This company seems to have no consideration towards consumers who could make a geniune mistake of parking in a code that is 10 meters apart. I was in a rush and hence I opened the app and looked for a code in the map I made a mistake of selecting a wrong area code that was just 10 meters away from where I parked my vehicle. So I have not only paid 100kr as parking fees for a place which I didnt utilise but also ended up paying 600kr for a parking fine. The company should be considerate in reverting the fine and moving the money to the right area as I didnot forget to start my parking. But when I called the customer service, I was told that it is my own responsibility to ensure I am using the right area code and they cant do anything about it. This has been a very bad experience and I will for sure avoid using Aimo park in the future and recommend others how inconsiderate they are.

NEVER EVER USE AIMO PARK! This is a horrible company with the worst and the most rudest and racist customer service. The company runs on extortion. One star is a compliment. AIMO is rotten to the core, avoid it at all cost.
Evil company
Went to donate blood in the hospital, parked in the free parking spots reserved for people donating blood. Forgot to register the licenseplate number in the computer in the hospital (have adhd) Donated blood, came back to the car, 500 kr fine. Called, wrote, explained the situation and showed proof I was donating blood. They couldn't show empathy, had to pay the fine. This evil company is 100% focused on money and not they're human customers that supply the money. This kind of company should not be allowed to have the monopoly they seem to have.
Avoid this company
This company is totally a shame. I tried to rent a long-term parking place with them, and it took them 2 weeks to finally deliver the tag, From Uppsala to Linköping. I called 3 times and they just couldn’t track the shipment information. Email was never replied. Many hidden fees in the invoice that were not mentioned from the beginning. My first rental month is not a complete month and the charge is higher than the calculated ratio. Also, they even charge you paper/email invoice fee for 49 sek…..

Parking Scam (literally)
So this company has a very visible sign next to a 2 hour free parking lot for customers that has no p-skiva symbol or the text “p-skiva” on it, which means that legally the p-skiva is not necessary.
They say it is my fault for misunderstanding that p-skiva was obligatory and I paid a 600 sek fine after trying to dispute this claim. Then came an added 180 sek fee (which is nowhere mentioned or pre - warned for) I refused to pay that.
Then they add more to the fine and I get a thick envelope from Kronofogden. The amount is now 860. I still refuse to pay. Now I get a letter from Malmö Tingsrätt. The company has added another 600sek to the amount (and it does not include interests).
So this 2 hour “free parking” for a family meal on a Wednesday afternoon in July, after a trip to Ikea is now already costing my family 2060sek and then legal fees added will be what? 100.000sek? 200.000sek?
The most expensive 2hours free parking in the world, ladies and gentlemen and non binary folks. Brought to you by the social welfare state, Sweden. *slow clap*
Ps. I drove by this parking lot yesterday. They have taken down this sign now. Makes you wonder, doesn’t it?

Non-existent customer service
It's impossible to get through to customer service via phone (I have given up multiple times after staying 30 mins+ on the phone), and they do not respond to e-mails.
Worst company I ever had to deal with
If you take all incompetent people in your life and put them in one company, you get AIMO Park. You want to move paper bills to digital, expect at least 5 requests and 6 months to implement. You want an extra tag, 3 months and multiple requests. You have a question, at least 2 months and then you get an answer to a question you didn't ask. And then I'm not even talking about how often their parking garages simply don't work.
