I added a 1 hr video and its got stuck at 71%. I emailed them several times and as per their instruction I cancelled the enhancing and did it again. This happened several times and ny 15-20 days were lost because of this. Finally I split the video into two 30 mins videos and uploaded. Now it enhanced with no errors. I gave 400% upscale and decompressor. My original video was 1080p. The enhanced output was shocking. It removed much of the details from the video and added a lot of horrible noise, even in faces. Finally I lost my money and my time and got an unusable output video.

PS: The 20 second samples which were rendered before the master file were fine. The final whole video output was horrible.

it did not made any improvement to video quality like you announce...complete waste of money

Waste of money and time. Any video editor can upscale WITHOUT enhancements, and that's actually what's happening here. There are no AI improvements, NOTHING. This is false advertising and a scam. Save your money and your time for this aimage scam.

The improvement in the videos was striking. The user interface is straightforward and easy to navigate. The product is wonderful!

I Use trial credits to enhance video 2 hours ago but video still inprosses

I find the price to be deceiving, I paid $60 and still can't upgrade my home movie. I have 151.5 credits and I've tried to run a 135 credit enhancement now for about 10 days and it fails every time. I look on the site for customer service options and find none. Would like my money back or to at least get this one home video enhanced.

The service is NOT great. I uploaded multiple videos to fix lower resolution issues, since I can't find the original upload source. I have an event this weekend and this was my only shot at fixing these videos, but I was only offered 1 source to fix. I tried it, but the video quality remained the same, including FPS. NOT worth paying for. The quality is that of a FREE service.

you added a water mark thats no way to be removed, what do you think I should rate?????

I frequently use this service as part of my work flow to create video content. I'm very happy with the facial upscaling and framerate upscaling. Both are stunning. I've tried other services in the past, but this actually works (unlike several other companies!)

The video it enlarged didn’t get good result, I messaged and said it wa soo, but just got a reply saying you should’ve did a test with the watermark before paying.

Yeah it should’ve said that first. Instead I paid, for a mediocre result, no refund and will just probably never use this ever again now.

Free preview was not allowed (got a message that my file was too big although it was only a very short video). After paying, the result was much worse than the original, including parts that were totally blurred. I was told I would receive my credits back - I hope I will...

Great results from using this web-based AI service to upscale and improve old videos. It has given them a whole new lease of life! Costs are very reasonable and being web-based does not need software or processing on your PC. You can generate a short free preview clip which is useful when working out what filters to apply before paying for the run. Excellent.

This isn't totally bad - the ai image creator is good and its free but the video and photo enhancer doesn't totally work yet. AI isn't good enough for serious projects. Make it better aimages.

The actual cost to upscale an older video was 3 times what was first indicated when I applied filters and purchased an in initial amount of credits. So I abandoned the project as I couldn’t view a true sample of what that investment would look like. So very disappointing.
