Avoid this thief

Do not accept their Direct debit. Avoid this thief.

I made a subscription in december 2025 for a month and accepted the Direct Debit for the future.
The service was working for less than 3 weeks and stopped. I sent an email, no answer, happened nothing. After a few days I sent a second email with cancel my subscription.
I saw the pending transaction on my bank account about after a week with the next month deduction. I was asking to stop the transaction or the refund promptly. I sent a text message too. I received an answer: Sorry, I didn't think the direct debit is live. I will refund it as soon as possible.
It happened 10 days ago. It seems my money was stolen.
