New but happy customer
I am new to the service but my early experience has been very good. The system has found very relevant jobs and the process of applying has been very easy so far. Hopefully this leads to a successful application but the system is working well so far.

Finding the process somewhat frustrating
AIApply has made the application process easier, and I have been able to apply for more jobs than I ever would have otherwise. However, I am being applied for jobs that do not fit my salary expectations. This is very frustrating, especially as the UK is a small market and relationships may be involved.
I was also turned down for another job because, for some reason, AIApply answered that I did not have the right to work in the UK and I would need sponsorship, which is not true. Currently finding the process quite frustrating.

AIApply had made looking for employment faster and easier. For the first time, somebody is spending the time applying for these jobs for me instead of me taking ten times longer just to look for these positions and then apply for each of them. I want to be excluded from roles that have Salesforce experience, Power BI, Data and Business Analytics.
I want to be excluded from roles that have certain requirements in them such as Salesforce, Business Analytics and SQL heavy. However, I'm getting submitted to these positions. Also, it would be great if my plan is the 100/month submissions, that the AI can spread the 100 credits over the month instead of applying to all in a single week. I miss potential roles that open up later in the month. I will try this through October and hope it materializes.

This allows you to control how quickly your credits are used and spread your applications throughout the month rather than using them all at once.
Adjusting your daily application limit can help ensure you have credits available for relevant opportunities that become available later in the month.

Got charged for a renewal with zero…
Got charged for a renewal with zero warning — no reminder, no receipt, nothing. Only found out when I saw it on my bank statement. Couldn't find a way to turn off auto-renewal in my account either. When I asked for a refund, support just pointed to the Terms of Service and said the credits were already used. They did cancel it and remove my card after I pushed, but this whole thing felt shady. Never trust this app with your card details.
