I used to be a big fan of Again Faster, but unfortunately their quality and service have really dropped off. Our most recent purchase of 20 brand-new AdMats turned out to be a huge disappointment. After about a month, the wooden inserts started coming loose and it was just really poor quality all around. When we contacted them, they blamed it on how we stored them, even though their own ads showed the same stacking method. They didn’t offer a refund or take responsibility. We definitely won’t be using them again.

After carefully reviewing your case, no warranty fault was identified. Our AbMats are intentionally designed to open at the Velcro seam, allowing access to the internal wooden insert and helping to maintain the product’s durability over time. This is a standard design feature rather than a defect.
During our correspondence, we advised that tightly stacking the mats can place pressure on the Velcro seam, which may cause them to open more easily. While similar stacking methods may appear in promotional imagery, these are for illustrative purposes and do not reflect recommended long-term storage practices.
Although we were unable to offer a refund on this occasion, we stand by the quality and design of our products. We genuinely value your feedback and will take it into consideration as we continue to improve our product guidance and customer experience.

I ordered a barbell that was in stock and the dispatch time was stated as 2-3 days and I have been waiting over 9days now, communication has been poor and now my emails are being left unanswered. I have tried to contact through other forms such as phone calls and can’t get through. I am still waiting on my purchase, I have had to buy another barbell in the in between, this service is shocking and being ignored when there is a problem is a terrible service to provide.

Power Rack
Love the look of the cage and easy to assemble but I’ve already come close to injury as the spotter bars slide out and whilst I pushed to failure on my lifts the spotter bars had come out of the frame and fortunately my barbell stayed up high enough not to land on my face and do me some serious damage , seems like they need some sort of safety catch to prevent this happening, so I’m always double checking on it now as it’s made me a bit paranoid .

Safety is absolutely our top priority, and the spotter bars should not slide out when they are correctly installed and used. We’d really like to look into this properly for you, as what you’ve described isn’t the experience we want anyone to have.
Please could you contact our customer support team directly with your order number and, if possible, a short video or photo of how the spotter bars are sitting in the frame? This will allow us to check whether there may be a fitting issue, a faulty component, or whether we need to send replacement parts. If there is any defect at all, we will resolve it quickly.

Fabulous bench.
Purchased awaits bench and arrived extremely quickly. The service team have been amazing providing instantaneous guidance and support.
The products is fabulous and I can see it outliving me. I’ve used it several times and it is absolutely fantastic.

Again( NOT ) faster
Hoping to read others reviews and think it’s just me. But others having the same issue. My experience has been pretty awful so far. Purchased a rack on the 30th November. Website states delivery in 2-3 working days. Made contact with company about delivery date. Got a very unprofessional response. With no courtesy from the useless person on the chat. Even know I’m the purchaser. Buying from them. Just wanted an ETA I was told when they get a delivery. I will then get mine. And if I’m not happy with that. Then I can cancel. I actually think the product is a Decent price. But I feel for the company if they are going to employ people like that and operate this way. Set up for failure.

Good items, but don’t expect them to arrive within a month. You will also have to chase them up because otherwise you won’t hear anything.

Expect your gear to break.
Had a set of magnetic clips for a year and a month. They broke so I spoke to Gemma at customer services. Was told they could do nothing for me because I was out of warranty. I was told I should all but expect their equipment to break as soon as it’s out of warranty. First time having issues with this company but the customer service was that poor I’d advice anyone not to buy their equipment.
