Great cable machine
Great product at a decent price. Highly recommended.
The only comment of note is that the tracking info was not updated so my delivery came unexpectedly. Luckily someone was in to accept it as there were a few heavy boxes.
Getting a delivery early is always nice but only if someone is in to accept it.
Love my new cable machine though.

I placed a simple order for two 2kg weight plates. DPD made no effort to deliver the plates and returned them back to the supplier. Despite requesting re-delivery, I’ve been given a refund. Not at all impressed

Great products, great customer service
Bought a step bench and a set of neoprene dumbbells. Step bench is great, really sturdy, but I made a mistake with the dumbbells, completely my fault but they couldn't have been more prompt and helpful re the return. I'll now buy the correct set from Gymmaster, no hesitation about using them in future.

Only reason not 5 star is because the pull up bar is painted in the same stuff as the rest of the rack and quite slippy if you have sweaty hands which is a shame and something you would expect to be an obvious issue.

Amazing support and product
My husband item was misplaced with delivery. However when I contacted the company they sent a replacement. It’s only took 2 days for the item to arrive and the customer service was amazing. The worst equipment I've ever used
The worst equipment I've ever used! They sell bars with locking nuts that come loose and pose a risk of falling weights. They don't accept returns. THIS is much better equipment and much cheaper. Don't waste your time and money shopping here.

Bought a gm2 Bench recently, decent build quality. Up to now I’ve tested it to 140kg and it’s very sturdy with nice rigid padding. Assembly was easy too and it arrived on time

Parts Missing. Poor Customer Service
Item arrived in damaged box with parts missing. I strongly suspect the item had previously been returned as the cardboard/shrink wrap with the screws, nuts, bolts and washers was opened (hard to see how that could happen transit). Customer service person was rude and insisted it was not a return and blamed everything on the courier. No apology offered. Poor service and I have decided to use Northern to fit out the rest of my garage gym instead of gym master.

Fantastic quality gym equipmemt
I bought the GM3 squat rack with the additional rack extension along with a compatible dip bar, multi-grip pull up handle, adjustable bench, landmine attachment and safety straps. For the price I have 0 complaints. I don't mean that due to the low price I am happy to accept lower quality because that is not the case. The quality is exceptional. The customer service and delivery speed also was better than expected. If you're interested in setting up a home gym I would absolutely recommend Gym Master, not as a budget alternative but to a viable competitor to other brands that cost upwards of 25% more.
