Good Start Till Finish
Ok let's start from the 1st contact right through to end finish. I decided to get three quotes as knew it would be expensive. Met Eddie, who went through everything in great detail, like the other people that quoted he knew his stuff, but unlike the others that quoted the most impressive thing for me was the transparity of the quote itself, Eddie actually went through each window explaing how he came to the individual price and therefore total. The other two just plucked a figure out of air and both quoted considerably more as well.
Then came the ordering where I met Nigel. Again great communication and all the informatuon I needed to proceed again big tick
Obviously the fitting and product are the most important aspect, well for me they delivered everything promised and more, Macaulay turn up with his apprentice and put 3 11 hour shifts to make sure windows and doors would be fitted on time, as my windows had been in place for 60 years, they found 1965 newspaper being used to insulate old windows. They caused minimal mess which they quickly cleared after themselves. Then the last window had a minimal smudge on the inside of unit, well they promised to have new glass unit for us in 10 days which they duly installed as promised.
When I decided to get new windows I was worried about it turning into a nightmare but AQW were so good I would recommend them to anyone
