Must be a scam company. No replies from emails. Never received my lamp order. Do not order from this company

Customer support at Affluent Interior was a breeze.

Inside my parcel, the order arrived very securely with lots of padding and protection. I was very worried of the glass chipping / breaking however, it all arrived in tact. Cannot speak for the installation as I am yet to do so.

somewhat apprehensive about placing a large order for an item online but the order arrived, 5 days after the expected date and in a perfect condition. The shipment was well packaged and all the glass inside was in tact.

Customer support was very helpful in fixing the typo on my address. The chandelier arrived on time and in perfect condition, which was something i was quite concerned about.

Had purchased a leather sofa from this company online and could not be any more happy with the outcome.

I attempted to order the same light fixture twice from this company. Both times, my order was canceled and refunded without explanation. I tried to contact them, but received no response. The light is still listed as available and ready to ship on their website.

I am thoroughly appalled by the abysmal service I've received. My numerous attempts to contact the company have been met with absolute silence. I took the initiative to request an address change just one hour after placing my order due to a mistake. Shockingly, despite an explicit promise, this correction has never been actioned. Subsequently, I have relentlessly pursued the company in vain attempts to have my order dispatched to me. This level of neglect is utterly inexcusable.

If I could give them less than one star I would . This is a horrible company they sold me lights illegal for sale in Canada. They did not respond to multiple emails to return the product.

BUYER BEWARE! Will not return any emails and cannot get a response regarding a return. HORRIBLE COMPANY!

I ordered 2 corded lights but they sent me hardwired. I have contacted them 4 times in the last 9 days to correct this mistake and they have not reached out so I hard to file a claim with my credit card

Order arrived in tact with lots of bubble wrap for security and padding. Happy with the pendants received

all of my ordered lights arrived flawless, however, I found that the shipping was quite slow. Took about 30 days to arrive, which wasn’t the best

Paint on light arrived slight tarnished. I emailed support and the affluent interior immediately shipped out a replacement! Super thankful!
