Een echte aanrader!

Wat een mooie website met prachtige producten! Ik bestelde een sieradendoosje, kwam heel goed verpakt aan met persoonlijk kaartje plus verrassing. Zeer tevreden, doosje staat nu te pronken in mijn badkamer!

bestelling

Via post.nl kreeg ik het bericht, dat het bestelde pakketje was afgeleverd, echter bij het openen van de brievenbus trof ik niets aan. Wat blijkt:
Tijdens het bestelproces pakte het systeem de verkeerde plaats waardoor mijn pakketje wel in de juiste straat en huisnummer is afgeleverd, maar niet in de juiste plaats. Hoe ik dit over het hoofd heb gezien is voor mij nog een groot raadsel. Na een belletje met de attente medewerkster kreeg ik het pakketje alsnog zonder extra kosten toegestuurd. Hartelijk dank en ik ben heel erg blij met het lijstje!

goede service, attent.

Er zat een langere levertijd op een artikel en daar kreeg ik een duidelijke mail over. Het pakketje was goed en met zorg ingepakt. Er zat een handgeschreven kaartje bij waarop ik bedankt werd voor mijn geduld. Goede service dus, erg attent.
En ze hebben ook echt hele mooie spullen! (Ik word erg hebberig van de webshop ;)
