The customer service of this company, we found to be second to none. Through no fault of their own we needed to flag something up. The courtesy and understanding were heartening, without us asking a replacement has been sent. The quality of the goods is excellent and the staff are a treat to do business with. Would recommend.

Just the Best!
I was curious about the hype around these pillows. I have neck & shoulder pain but two nights on the new Dual Pillow and I’ve slept for the first time in years! Amazing. Soft and cloud like but sturdy enough to spring back into shape quickly. Highly recommend. Quick delivery and a bargain after money spent on so many failed pillows. Thank you Aeyla.

I have had chronic shoulder/upper back…
I have had chronic shoulder/upper back and neck pain for some time - this new pillow has relieved the neck pain and lessened the shoulder pain - I feel it will continue to improve but it’s only been a week so far and the relief for my neck has been amazing!

Game changing pillow
Don't Faff about buying pillow after pillow after pillow

A total game changer it feels like your sleeping on a cloud yet the inner core gives you the support you need too, genius design.
I have a permanent neck injury from a car accident and been through many many pillows over the last 26 years but nothings touched this one
I used to get up to the loo 2 or 3 times a night im now sleeping so deeply I dont
This morning i woke up in the exact same position I went to sleep in with my arm in exactly the same place so I couldn't of moved all night
It will take a few nights to get used to the softness and feeling the inner core but then wow sleep perfection

The best purchase we have ever made to get a good night sleep
We could not choose between the Foamo or dual pillows, so we decided to buy an “Opposites attract bundle” for each of us, trial them and then send back the one we did not like within 30 days. The BEST nights sleep ever :-) after two nights my better half and I decided we where keeping both, far TooOOoooo great to sleep on to return. Never thought a pillow would make such a difference, back, neck and shoulder pains are gone and .. the best dreams ever, probably because we are not in pain whilst sleeping anymore. The most comfortable pillow ever! I bought two of the bamboo cases as well and they fit well. (One spare for when in the wash!)
Definitely a good considered purchase if you are having trouble sleeping. Despite the cost I would recommend.

i have always had trouble sleeping due to shifts and always trying to find the right pillow, as generally theres different pillows for back ,front side sleepers, hard soft or medium...pretty much meaning you need one of each to satisfy. Ive slept in hotels where i thought "these are comfy" and taken photos tried them at home and still no joy, they go flat or are really hardtried Tempur, Mlily and other specialist pillows and still had neck pain or in some cases back issues. I saw these advertised, and i'm normally sceptical of promoted items but reading the reviews decided to try . I must admit this is the best pillow ive had for years, i am genuinely sleeping better, its keeps its shape and so far has been a good investment. The service was excellent, it came the next day. cant fault the compant thus far. Highley recommended.

Absolutely amazing dual pillow
Absolutely amazing dual pillow. I haven't slept this well in years. Standard pillows lose their comfort after only a few weeks. But these are superb and well worth the money. Highly recommend.

Easy ordering but delivery time is long but not an issue. Customer services were very helpful when i enquired about delivery times.
I would have no hesitation in recommending the pillows I bought, they are very comfortable.

Not Easy Returns
Pillows were OK after having the same ordering and delivery issues as others have stated.
Unfortunately the returns process is not as easy as stated.
After email tennis with customer services I was allowed to return 2 pillows.
So far 2 weeks later they say that they haven't received the returns.
Tracking details have now been provided so will see what happens next....

Customer Service have now contacted us, they have confirmed the returns and issued a full refund. Thank you.
