Myself and my daughter have delt with AES a few times regarding a small issue with a sim between speaking with Sarah and a few checks from technical we got a replacement sim sorted after a thunderstorm caused an issue. The team at AES were more than helpful and Sarah emailed back to check we got all sorted. She is a lady.

Brad has been excellent in helping sort technical issues with my intercom. He is a credit to the business.

Sara has a great knowledge of AES products she knew exactly what I wanted from asking a few questions, sent me all information I needed. Cheers Sara!

Great customer service from Brad as always. From the sale through to the installation.

Our team install plenty of AES kits and we always receive great support from Sara whenever sorting our SIM cards always appreciated.

I've fitted quite a few AES products and they are all made to a very high standard. The 603's are a market leader in my opinion and easy to install but if any issues do arise Brad will bend over backwards to sort them out in an instant. Overall a company I will deal with again and again.

Intercoms are easy to install, mainly use 603 & Prime units! I like the SIM cards that come with them easy to install and easy for the customer to set up. Sarah is great assistance

Have spoken to the company a few times regarding projects I am working on. Every time I have reached out, their team has been really helpful in teaching me how the products works through easy to understand communication as well as great training through their show room where it is all live. Brad in particular looks after me and is always extremely proactive in assisting where possible. Would recommend.
