This is the 2nd time I have use Aerotravels on both times my family was assisted by April. April went above and beyond in assisting us from finding a better deal flights to check in. April’s communication responsiveness to all questions was excellent! My family will not ask for another person to assist us. Flying again next year and grateful to have April assisting us again!
