EXTREMELY BAD – Motorsweden Cheats Customers & Ignores Legal Obligations

I submitted my moped to JAT Racing for service on 22 September 2025, and Motorsweden was supposed to deliver the spare parts required for the repair. As of 27 October 2025, 35 days later, the parts still have not been delivered.

I have contacted them repeatedly, but they ignore all messages and calls. This delay has caused serious financial loss and daily inconvenience, as I rely on my moped for work. Because of their complete negligence, I am now forced to take legal action under Swedish consumer law (Konsumentköplagen, 1990:932).

Motorsweden’s service is unprofessional, unreliable, and deceitful. They cheat customers, fail to meet deadlines, and show no respect for their clients. I strongly urge anyone considering purchasing from them to avoid Motorsweden at all costs — they cannot be trusted.

Never again do business with this company.
They can't send auto parts to Sweden if you don't have a Swedish phone number. But I have a Swedish address.

They keep claiming that they can't send your auto parts if I don't have a Swedish phone number.

They have approved my Danish phone number.

They have approved the address.

And have prepared the auto parts for shipping.

They have received payment for the goods, but poor service.
I have spent several days discussing with (Aero Motors) whether they can send auto parts or refund your money, but it also takes a long time.

Aero Motors oü holds customers' money for up to 7 business days.

This is against Paypal's rules, as they can press the button and refund the money. And a few seconds later the customers' money is in their bank account.

I have definitely filed a complaint with Paypal.

As it is against their rules not to return money on the return button.

They have good prices, but a very bad policy, since in this world we can live somewhere, but still keep the phone number that you have, from the country you come from.
Since it can pay off many times better.
And there is no place in EU legislation that you have to own a phone number from that country, but are resident in order to be able to trade throughout the EU.

Great supply of car parts. The cheapest option I could find with genuine parts and fast delivery. Unfortunately in a battery I bought one cell leaked acid, so it was partially empty. But I guess it is more of transportation problem. It was well packed but I guess it was turned on a side.
