- Expected delivery time was not correct, delivery was postponed a couple of days.

I experienced several issues with my order at Aero Motors. Despite providing my VIN number, there were complications that ultimately resulted in a higher final price than expected. It also took a long time to resolve everything through customer support via chat, and getting the order corrected was quite time-consuming.
I am also not satisfied with the bank transfer payment option, as it felt overly complicated. Additionally, the card payment function was not available at the time, which limited the payment options. Overall, the delivery of the goods also took a long time.

I’ve ordered from Aero Motors several times now and I’ve always been very satisfied. Everything has gone smoothly, the shipping is fast, the prices are good and they take great care with the packaging. I’ve also contacted their customer support and they always respond within 24 hours. I highly recommend them. I also hope Klarna will be available as a payment option in the future.

EXTREMELY BAD – Motorsweden Cheats Customers & Ignores Legal Obligations

I submitted my moped to JAT Racing for service on 22 September 2025, and Motorsweden was supposed to deliver the spare parts required for the repair. As of 27 October 2025, 35 days later, the parts still have not been delivered.

I have contacted them repeatedly, but they ignore all messages and calls. This delay has caused serious financial loss and daily inconvenience, as I rely on my moped for work. Because of their complete negligence, I am now forced to take legal action under Swedish consumer law (Konsumentköplagen, 1990:932).

Motorsweden’s service is unprofessional, unreliable, and deceitful. They cheat customers, fail to meet deadlines, and show no respect for their clients. I strongly urge anyone considering purchasing from them to avoid Motorsweden at all costs — they cannot be trusted.
