Great support and quick resolution

I had an issue with one of the transition packs, but their support team responded quickly, explained what had happened, and solved the problem right away. They were very helpful throughout the process, and it’s also good to see that they’re continuously improving their products and workflow. Overall, a very positive support experience.

Our only interaction was that we reached out to invite you to participate in our creator review program. During that conversation, you requested a $500 payment for a review. We explained that this was outside our budget and that we could instead offer our standard affiliate commission program. After that, this review was posted.

AEJuice Premiere Pro Plugin has significantly improved my editing workflow with its high-quality presets and easy-to-use interface. It saves a lot of time while helping me create professional, polished videos effortlessly.

Be very careful with the AEJuice free trial.

I signed up for AEJuice's 179-day free trial and was later charged $234 (£175.10) when the trial automatically converted into a yearly subscription.

My issue isn't that subscriptions renew automatically. My issue is how the process was handled.

* No trial-ending reminder was sent.
* No renewal reminder was sent.
* There was no simple self-service cancellation option.
* Cancellation required contacting support directly.
* I requested cancellation and a refund within approximately one hour of discovering the charge.
* I did not use the service after the charge was taken.

AEJuice confirmed in writing that they do not send renewal reminders. They also refused a refund after multiple reviews, despite the fact that I contacted them almost immediately and had not used the service.

For me, £175 was a significant amount of money and caused genuine financial difficulty.

The product itself may be useful, but my experience with the subscription and billing process was extremely disappointing.

If you're considering the free trial, make absolutely sure you know when it ends and set your own reminders, because you may not receive one from AEJuice.

I’m really sorry for the stress this caused you, especially with £175 being a meaningful amount. Reading your review, I can see how frustrating it must have felt to be charged after a long trial without feeling clearly reminded, then have to reach out to cancel.

You’re right that, at the time of your trial, we did not send renewal reminders and cancellation required contacting support. That experience is not up to the standard we want to run the business at, and your review was one of the reasons we changed it.

Since then we’ve made three concrete updates:

Trial reminder emails: We now send an email 7 days before a trial ends so customers have a clear heads‑up before any charge.

Self‑service cancellation: You can now cancel directly from your account with a button, without needing to contact support.

More flexible refunds: We now offer refunds up to 7 days after a monthly charge and up to 30 days after a yearly charge for subscriptions that are not used in that period.

We can’t change your past experience, but we can change how we operate going forward, and we’ve done that.
