Hello Lee, we are sorry that you are disappointed that we were not able to supply you with a discontinued product that does not meet FDA guidelines. Your order was placed online just before midnight when the office was not open. The last stock was also sold that same night, meaning that we were not able to fulfill your order. We immediately emailed you, clearly explaining the situation and refunded you directly. You were also given the opportunity to contact us if you had any questions, which you have not done. Our website was updated immediately on the next working day that the stock ran out. Because the Actar D-Fib manikin does not comply with the FDAs current resuscitation training guidelines, Actar discontinued production of the manikin and all accessories in 2018. This is entirely out of our hands and was mentioned on our website. Our website also advised customers to contact us in advance for stock availability, you chose to place your order without first checking the stock availability. You are welcome to contact us for stock availability in advance of placing an order and are more than welcome to contact us now for advice and guidance.

Good AED trainer, Communications was a little lacking
Communications was a little lacking, delivery date was not specified at time of order, so after a little wait I had to enquire when my item was coming only to find it was being delivered that day.
Item itself, Philips AED trainer, is excellent.

When you made payment you referenced an incorrect order number, which led to a delay in your payment and order being further processed. There was a 4 day delay whilst we awaited for new stock to arrive and we apologise that this delay was not communicated to you. Due to an office closure for staff training, which was communicated to our customers via newsletter and on our social media channels, your order was processed on the following Monday, at which point we emailed the UPS tracking number to the email address you provided on your order. At the time of your enquiry, you were in receipt of this email which communicated to you when your order would be arriving. We apologise again for the delay and thank you very much for taking the time to leave feedback which we will use to improve our customer shopping experience.
