Not at all value for money
Not at all value for money, they asked for £150 upfront on the assurance that they will fix my fridge freezer. I spent all day waiting for an engineer to come, he came 5:15pm spent 15 minutes doing nothing and then told me what I already know. Now I will have to pay for someone else to fix the problem.

Indesit sent an ADK engineer to replace our fridge compressor. this person came and immediately said the spare parts was broken during shipping but anyway it was not needed as the temp was fine.
we tried to explain to this person that the issue was the noise which is intermittent but he rudely said he had no time to wait. when we asked who sent him, he said he worked for ADK.
We tried to issue a formal complaint with ADK but they said their contractors work directly with Indesit and there is nothing they can do about it. they just washed their hands off
PS; the 2 stars are for the receptionist Aysha who always replies kindly, otherwise it would be Zero for their rude engineer
