Had a leak somewhere on my external cold main water supply.
Spoke with Christian at ADI who took the details and walked me through the whole process and what to expect. A quote was sent and accepted and they were here the next day.

Artur attended and did a brilliant job, was punctual, kept me informed along the way . Leak was detected below concrete screed some 2-3 feet down which he repaired.
He made good the surface spillage and left everything almost as if it had not been touched, great job.
Likewise inside my property where he accessed pipe work, this also was left spotless.
Would thoroughly recommend ADI and Artur.

Our issue was more complicated than anyone would have guessed, Kristof put in the effort to properly get to the root cause and fix it, he had to work hard all day.

Keeping us informed every step of the way,very friendly and overall did a good job .

Grant was incredible here in Essex from start to finish.
He arrived early, and managed to track down a leak in the bathroom that was making its way through into the kitchen.
It turned out there were nails in the pipe! ... which made for quite an amusing moment when Grant came back down absolutely soaked! 😂

To his credit, he took it all in good humour and found the funny side of the situation while getting on with fixing the problem.

He was polite, friendly, clearly very experienced and knew exactly what he was doing. He explained what was happening and dealt with the repair professionally and efficiently.
Really impressed with the service and would definitely recommend Grant.

Hamaad arrived on time and worked all day. He found 4 leaks under my floor boards and fixed them. He was a very friendly and polite. Unfortunatly, a radiator sprayed water all over the bed, soaking the matteress, while he was here so, I'm still drying out a matteress. He couldn't guarantee that there won't be other leaks in the future. The floor boards are still up because it will take a couple of weeks to dry out under the house. However, I'm delighted that the leaks have stopped so, thank you Hamaad. He text me the following day to check everything was still ok - so, good follow-up.

Absolutely incredible service from ADI Leak Detection.

I spoke with Lauren and she was amazing from start to finish. I had a lot of questions, particularly because the work was being covered through my home insurance, and she took the time to clearly explain exactly what the engineer would do, how the process worked and what would be covered. She was incredibly knowledgeable, patient and transparent about everything, including the pricing.

What impressed me most was how far she went to help. I needed someone urgently and Lauren personally contacted an engineer and managed to arrange for him to be at my house within an hour of me speaking to her. She genuinely went above and beyond to get everything sorted as quickly as possible.

The pricing was also very reasonable, especially considering the level of service and how quickly they were able to respond.

It’s rare to receive customer service this good. Lauren made what was quite a stressful situation so much easier and I honestly couldn’t have asked for more.

My neighbour was their customer. Three weeks ago adi excavated in my front garden. They have left two large holes and a temporary supply pipe across the top of our garden to neighbour’s. This contravenes HASAWA 1974 and the Water Regulations on several counts. Appalled.

Robert Gires attended our property and was extremely professional, knowledgeable and meticulous throughout the whole process. He carefully removed part of the kitchen cabinet to gain access, dug into the floor to properly investigate and assess the leak, and explained what he was doing along the way.

What impressed me most was the care he took with our property. Once the investigation was completed, Robert put everything back in place neatly and left the area tidy.

The whole service felt professional from start to finish, and I was very pleased with the work carried out. Thank you to Robert and the ADI team for doing such a thorough job. Highly recommended.

Extremely disappointing experience with ADI Leak Detection Lincoln.

I paid £1,000 for the work, plus another £140 for approximately 8 metres of pipe (which can be brought from Screwfix for £24), but the leak was never actually found.

Instead, the leak was bypassed, which left no water supply to the rear of the house. I was also left with a repair that I was subsequently advised was illegal/non-compliant, which meant further work was required to put things right.

To make matters worse, the work involved digging in the neighbour’s garden, leaving large holes and significant disruption behind while attempting to locate the leak.

So, in total, I paid £1,150and was left with:

* The original leak still unresolved.
* No water supply to the rear of the property.
* A repair that I was advised was illegal/non-compliant.
* Significant damage/disruption to the neighbour’s garden.
* An additional £140 charge for just 8 metres of pipe.

For that amount of money, I expected a professional leak detection service and a proper, compliant repair. Unfortunately, that was not my experience.

I would strongly recommend getting a second opinion before authorising significant work or paying a large bill.

Excellent Leak Detection and Repair – Highly Recommended

We had a major water leak of approximately 220 litres per hour and, with a holiday booked only a few days later, we urgently needed someone to find and repair it.

I called ADI Leak Detection, and from the beginning their service was excellent. They went out of their way to rearrange their schedule and initially found me an appointment for the following day. Later that same day, they called back to say they had a plumber available even sooner.

Within around 30 minutes, Frank arrived at our house. He was extremely polite, professional and clearly very experienced. He quickly set up the equipment, carried out a tracer gas test and pinpointed the leak to an area just outside our garage underneath the driveway.

Frank excavated the area, found and repaired the leak, filled everything back in and cleaned up afterwards. The whole job, from arriving at our house to finding and repairing a 220 litre-per-hour leak, was completed in around three hours.

What made this particularly impressive was that we had previously used another leak detection company from Essex. They spent a full day investigating but did not locate the major 220 litre-per-hour leak. Instead, they found a much smaller leak underneath our kitchen sink area. Two engineers then returned the following day to repair that small leak, after which we were told they would need to come back again to investigate the large remaining leak.

That experience was the reason I contacted ADI, and what a difference.

Frank was knowledgeable, efficient and very competent. Throughout the work he explained what he was doing, what he was finding and the reasoning behind each step, which gave us a lot of confidence in his work.

I can highly recommend ADI Leak Detection, and especially Frank. Excellent service from the initial phone call through to successfully finding and repairing the leak. I would not hesitate to use them again.

Engineer excellent, Hamaad called me very early to say he was stuck on the motorway because of an accident, but still managed to arrive within 30 mins of original time. Then worked really full on to identify location of our leak and then to dig down to the pipe which turned out to be very deep. After over 2 hours of digging and testing he had dug down more than a metre and still hadn't got to the pipe. Company told him Safety issues meant that 2 operatives would be needed to complete the work, so he had to stop there.
Reluctantly he left telling us that we could employ another company to finish the job or continue with ADI.
Solely because of his energy and commitment we elect to continue with ADI and look forward to them finishing the job, and hope Hamaad is involved.

Booked the engineer over the phone with no issues.. Mathew (the engineer ) arrived on time and was very thorough in his investigation. Leak found and issue sorted very professionally.
Would definitely recommend ADI for water leak issues.
