I recently used ADI Leak Detection to investigate and repair a water leak at my property, and I couldn't be happier with the service received.
From the initial contact, the customer service was excellent. Caroline in the office was professional, friendly and efficient in arranging for an engineer to visit promptly.
Aaron, the engineer assigned to the job, was outstanding. He took the time to thoroughly explain what he would be doing before starting the work and kept me informed throughout the process. He was clearly very knowledgeable and made every effort to minimise damage and excavation while locating the leak.
Once the leak was identified, Aaron carried out the repair quickly and efficiently. He worked in a very tidy manner and left the area clean when the job was completed. I was also impressed to receive a full report shortly after the visit.
Overall, this was a highly professional service with excellent communication, expertise and customer care throughout. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone needing leak detection and repair services.

Mark & Craig attended our property and used multiple techniques to find an invisible leak under our house. They were polite, efficient, extremely knowledgeable and kept me updated as the detection progressed. They were able to fix the leak and reinstate the kitchen floor with minimum disruption. I am very happy with the service they were on time they diagnosed the problem quickly and then got it sorted, the fitter was a very polite person and explained everything very well.

Profecional from the start very polite and helpful on the phone. Plumber name of Brett Steel investigated the leak fully. Found it was not on our property,but still continued investigating, A few days later we got the report, with pictures of meter readings etc. conclusivly proving the leak was the responsibility of the water company. We have had a full rebate of the cost involved. Thank you.

From start to finish, this was a fantastic company to deal with. Communication was excellent throughout, and whenever I called, the office staff were friendly, helpful, and very knowledgeable.

Mark and Vince came out to replace our main water pipe, and despite working in some of the hottest weather of the year, they remained professional, hardworking, and committed to doing an excellent job.

The work was completed to a very high standard, with great attention to detail. The ground was carefully backfilled and levelled afterwards, making it difficult to tell where the excavation had even taken place.

Best decision I've made, absolute lifesaver.
During the hottest heatwave this year we had a leak coming through our ceiling. We initially started the process of repair through our insurance company but having still no water after six days I was getting desperate and decided to look for help on line. I found this company and they came out the same day. Kristof was the most knowledgeable plumber, he found the leak the others couldn't within minutes, he repaired it causing no damage and was so diligent he checked the whole house for other leaks or weaknesses. He arrived late in the afternoon but wouldn't leave until he was completely happy that our problem was sorted and we could use our water supply safely again. We are so grateful as we are also caring for an old frail Great Dane and sanitation was a huge issue in the heat.
