Rolna was fantastic. She listened and have space for my daughter to express herself and heard my concerns also. Rolna made a potentially stressful process easier to manage. There was no judgment and she made sure my daughter was given the time and attention she needed.

After having a rocky start
After having a rocky start, having been told at my assessment that I was not meeting criteria on the basis of an ASRS score, to them have that overturned... my experience with my new clinician Robin has been amazing. Working in the field myself it has been great to feel that I can have my own automony in my treatment whilst being the patient.

Rolna was absolutely wonderful
Rolna was absolutely wonderful. She put me so at ease, I could tell she was actively listening and thinking about what I said to try and help me and her report was so cathartic to read because she got me exactly right! When I shared her report with family, they cried for me and apologised for overlooking my struggles as a child. I feel so seen and it's very much down to how Rolna understood me and the effort she made to get the finer details.
I can't believe it took less than a week to answer so many questions I had about myself. I would recommend Rolna and the service again a million times over

Opening up to someone you don’t know can be a daunting process. However, Hayley’s engaging and personable approach really put me at ease. Which allowed the assessment to flow with a few stories and laughs.

I had a really positive experience throughout my ADHD assessment. From the start, I felt listened to, understood, and never judged. Janine was kind, patient, and took the time to explain everything clearly, making what could have been a very overwhelming process feel comfortable and supportive.
I felt that my experiences were taken seriously, and I was given plenty of opportunity to talk about how my symptoms have affected me throughout my life. The assessment was thorough, professional, and compassionate.
