We appreciate all feedback, but we need to clarify several points for anyone reading this review.
Lisa attended a demo of our Planning Statement Generator. She has not paid for the platform, does not have access to the system, and has not generated a report. The complaints in this review — including
the claimed error rate and missing neighbourhood plan — are based on observations from that demo, not from using the product.

To assemble this from the market today you'd be looking at £3,000–£5,000 per month in subscriptions and fees, before a single consultant invoice lands. Adema is £149 per month. There is no comparable platform anywhere in the world. A demo of one tool is not a fair basis to judge that.
On the Planning Statement Generator itself: we're actively refining it and we welcome scrutiny. Lisa mentioned she has a live pre-app for the same site — we'd happily put our updated report alongside hers
and have the results judged by an impartial review. Let the outputs speak for themselves.
