Got my order cancelled without explanation. Just some kids trying to run a store. Had to call the bank in order to get a refund as the staff is useless and won't reply to any of my emails, once again "kids" running a store, what can you expect. AVOID.
The merchandise is fantastic and I always enjoy browsing the shelves, which makes it such a shame that I had a bad experience with the young female member of staff who was abrupt,verging on rude. As if it was irritating to her to answer a question and buy items.
The Swansea store has a polite gentleman that can't do enough to help and is always far more pleasant.
I will be going out of my way to visit the Swansea store from now on and probably avoid the Port Talbot store after that interaction.
