I have been to Addicted to Audio (Adelaide) at least half a dozen times each time to buy something and happy with all purchases, including three online purchases. When it comes to audiophile collections, no other store in Adelaide can beat A2A.
However, the only thing that annoys me is the utterly unwelcoming and self-entitled front guy (probably the store manager) and his body language. Probably his presence will encourage me not to go to the store physically and make the future purchases online. Other sales personnels are very helpful and friendly. Only reason I give 4* here.

Dali Epicon 6 Speakers Ordered
I ordered a pair of Dali Epicon 6 speakers on-line on Easter Friday. The order was (computer) confirmed that day. The next Tuesday (Monday was a holiday) I received the delivery schedule (to be delivered that Thursday by courier) and the invoice. The speakers were indeed delivered on the Thursday within the scheduled delivery period. I confirmed delivery as requested by Addicted to Audio and received a very nice thank you. That is excellent service.

Addicted to Audio... Top service and supplies.
Customer service is of the utmost importance when working in Retail and this company performed very well. Matt was very patient and precise in his execution when dealing with warranty returns and I commend him for his efforts. He did not waste any time in advising the path of least resistance in order to complete the mission I had asked him to perform. In this case it was my Topping amplifier that was of concern as I needed it sent back to its origin and replaced with another.
It was very satisfying dealing with Matt and I endeavour to keep promoting the company and its constituents. Thanks V much Matt 10/10.

Very good
Visited the Richmond store to get an idea of a streamer & was talked out of the item I had my eye on (was BT only, not wifi). So many places would have just gone ahead with the sale, but they didn't & I appreciate it. I ended up buying a streamer from them online & there were delivery updates all the way & the price was unbeatable.
I've since bought another item online & had the same fast experience & same great pricing.
It seems they have me wrapped around their fingers now, c'est la vie hehe!

Incredible Service
I ordered a pair of Fostex TH900 headphones for my son for Christmas, he was excited to test them on Christmas morning however to his disappointment the right driver was blown. We resigned ourselves to waiting 2 weeks for A to A to re-open however I thought I should send a quick email to have a replacement pair put aside so we didn't miss out.
To my delight the owner replied on Xmas day !! He put an action plan in place that ensured we had a replacement a week later, all while their team were on holidays. The team were polite, responsive and super helpful, they even express posted the replacement. Amazing.
We spent hours in-store testing and were impressed with the service levels before we ordered, now we are blown away. Fantastic store, outstanding customer care, highly recommended.
