I signed up for this site a year ago but couldn't get it to work for me at the time. When I logged back in recently to try again, I still had no luck. A few weeks later, I noticed a charge from "AdCreative" and didn't even recognize the company name.
I logged in today to investigate and decided to give the platform one more shot. I signed up for the $111/month plan, not realizing I had an outstanding balance or that the plan was an annual commitment rather than month-to-month. Once I realized I had committed to a full year for a service I hadn't even successfully tested yet, I was very upset and felt misled.
I contacted customer service and spoke with Mustafa. He was incredible—he talked me through everything, kept me calm, and simply asked which plan I actually wanted. He then refunded me the difference immediately. He was extremely helpful, and I highly recommend asking for him!

I am very frustrated. DO NOT, I repeat DO NOT subscribe to any subscription with this website tool. I signed up for the free trial and after forgetting to cancel the rest of my subscription, I was charged $300. I have been in contact with customer service for over two weeks and they reassure me my refund is being processed, but I’ve yet to hear anything and there still has been no refund. I can’t even physically talk to someone on the phone to get this sorted out which is extremely frustrating. I am getting apprehensive that I will never get my money back and will have to dispute it with my bank.

In my experience, despite claims of “no surprise charges,” I was charged $339 USD immediately after the trial, even though it appeared I had already cancelled. I also did not receive any reminder emails prior to the charge, despite being told that reminders had been sent.
To get a refund of any sort, this required multiple back-and-forth communications (and legal arguments) and even initiating a dispute with my bank. The process was unnecessarily difficult and time-consuming for me.
Overall, my experience was that cancelling and obtaining a refund is not straightforward, so I would recommend proceeding with caution and ensuring everything is fully and clearly cancelled ahead of time.

I had a disappointing initial experience with AdCreative.ai.
I signed up for what I believed was a free trial and made sure to cancel before the 7-day period ended. However, the cancellation process was unclear and somewhat hidden behind additional steps, including a survey.
Despite this, I was charged around $339 without clearly confirming or agreeing to a paid subscription, and I did not receive a clear email notification about the conversion.
As a student, this was a significant amount of money, especially since I barely used the service.
However, I want to update my review:
After contacting support, my refund was processed, and I received the full amount back within about a week. I appreciate that the issue was ultimately resolved.
Overall, while the billing and cancellation process could be more transparent, I’m satisfied with how the refund was handled in the end.

I had a terrible experience with this company. I was charged after a “free trial” that I didn’t even realize I had signed up for. At no point was it clearly communicated that I was enrolling in something that would later charge me.
When I noticed the charge and requested a refund, I was unable to speak to a real person. I was stuck dealing with automated AI responses that did absolutely nothing to resolve my issue.
To make things worse, the website feels deliberately confusing and misleading, it’s very easy to accidentally activate a trial without realizing it, and then impossible to cancel.
This does not feel like a mistake, it feels INTENTIONAL.
I never used the service, yet I was still charged. So far, I have received no proper resolution.
I have requested:
Full cancellation
A refund
Deletion of all my personal data
None of this has been properly addressed.

We bought an annual plan that gave us 10 credits per month and allowed us to download 10 videos (1 per credit).
Suddenly, they decided to change the system so that downloading each video cost 2 credits, allowing us to download half the number of videos we could before for the same price.
They insisted that the quality was now higher (something we haven't even noticed at all). After much insistence, they offered to compensate us for 20 credits (which only covered the difference of 2 months compared to the 8 months we had left on our subscription) or refund our money for the remaining of the contract with no service. No alternative to providing the service we had already paid for.
They even tried to deceive us by claiming that their terms and conditions allowed this price increase; we had to send them their own terms to prove otherwise.
The whole thing was opaque and shady. We do not recommend this service, and be aware that they can stop honoring the contract at any time without warning. Do not pay for the annual plan under any circumstances.

If you're thinking about trying their 7-day free trial, be extremely careful.
I signed up to test the platform out, realized it wasn't a good fit for my needs, and clicked "cancel" before the trial ended. I thought I was good to go. Turns out, clicking cancel doesn't actually cancel your account. They use a sneaky website design (a "dark pattern") where they hide the actual final cancellation button behind a mandatory exit survey.
Because I missed that hidden step, my trial stayed active. But instead of just rolling me into their standard $30/month plan, their system automatically defaulted me to their massive $400/month tier without giving me any heads-up or asking for authorization for that specific amount.
I never even logged in or used a single credit after the trial ended. When I noticed the charge and reached out to support, they completely stonewalled me. Because I was technically a few hours past their strict 7-day refund window (due to a timezone difference), they refused to reverse the charge. They basically told me that because they are a "B2B" software, standard consumer protections and basic refund ethics don't apply to them.
But here is the absolute worst part: When I went back into the system to officially cancel my account after they had already taken my $400, the cancellation was magically just one click. No mandatory survey. No hidden buttons. They clearly only put that trap there during the free trial to catch people off guard and force a billing cycle.
Save yourself the headache and keep your credit card far away from this company. I'm currently having to fight this through my bank to get my money back.

Loved that I could chat basically immediately with a real human (Maria) - my wait time was around 30 seconds! So rare in this day in age. Had a billing issue (my own fault) that was resolved immediately, with transparent and helpful support from the rep. She made some suggestions for alternate plans and was able to accommodate our budget and small size with kindness and understanding. Super impressed and would highly recommend!

I only wanted the free trial and they started charging me after it the Pro version as a default instead of the lowest one for months. For me this is a way of scamming you. The platform itself isn't very useful overall....
