DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY.

AdCreative.ai is holding my money hostage. After an unintended renewal on January 28th for $406.80 (Invoice #1219670), I was told by "Gary" on January 30th that my refund was approved and would take about 2 weeks. 
It has now been OVER TWO MONTHS and I have received nothing but empty promises and automated-style brush-offs. 
• January 30: Refund approved, promised in 2 weeks. 
• March 10: "María" and "Gary" confirmed again it was "approved and assigned to the billing team". 
• Late March: Still no money, no updates, and they have ignored thousands of follow-up attempts. 

They are quick to take your money (over $400!) but refuse to send it back even when they admit they owe it to you. This is professional ghosting and completely unacceptable for a tech company. If you value your money and your sanity, stay far away from AdCreative.ai.

I am now forced to take legal action and contact the authorities to get my $406.80 back.

Was auto charged over $1300 after free trial. I never sign up for anything that expensive regardless of trial so I know it must’ve been a trick. They claimed they’d refund 1 month and have yet to confirm doing so. They tried to offer completely free membership which makes no sense. When I declined, first I lost connection with the chat then the email response stopped. This is a FRAUDULENT THIEVING COMPANY.

Great product to create AI ads for social. You can create amazing videos from the scratch or using their templates. It is really complicate to differenciate from a real video. Furthemore, they have a very good customer service. I had a little issue with my account and they fixed very fast.

Aiofe was extremely knowledgeable and very interesting to learn from. I learned a ton about how to create better ad creatives. I would recommend her and her training style to anyone who's trying to learn how to use AI for Ad creatives.

Super untrustworthy. I was charged after a free trial without intending to continue. I was told I’d receive a refund within 2 weeks, it’s now almost 8 weeks and still nothing. Very disappointing and frustrating experience.

I was charged €173 after what was described as activating a “50% discount,” which allegedly triggered a payment. This is extremely concerning, as activating a discount should never result in a charge without clear confirmation.

I contacted support, and my refund was approved on February 26. Since then, I have received multiple messages saying the refund is “being processed,” but more than a month later, I still have not received anything.

Each time I follow up, I get vague explanations and delays. The latest justification about VAT and pricing inconsistencies only adds to the confusion and does not explain why I was charged in the first place.

At this point, this raises serious concerns about their billing practices.

I am now forced to consider escalating this through my bank as an unauthorized charge.

Very disappointing experience — I would strongly advise others to be extremely cautious with subscriptions and billing.

I never wanted to write a review, but being charged $339 forced me to. Issues like this can usually be resolved within a week.

However, after being charged today, I contacted Jacob, who said my refund request was approved for processing within two weeks of March 18th and has yet to be processed. I've read other reviews describing similar cases. I can only imagine having to pursue this issue for months, being misled by the company, so I'm taking action now.

What concerns me the most is that there is still no confirmation of processing (no transaction reference or ARN), which means the refund hasn’t even been initiated.

I understand that delays can happen, but an approved refund shouldn't take this long without any transparency.

I didnt end up using it because i dont have the need for this yet. But if i had a business and wanted to create ads to create an avatar of yourself withouth having to record yourself. it looked pretty cool and maybe one day ill need it. What I really appreciated was the quick response from their chat window for any questions I had. I will try it again later when I have a business.

I initially signed up to try the platform, but I didn’t continue using it and forgot to cancel the free trial, which led to an automatic renewal charge.

Although this was a frustrating situation at first, I have to say that the support team handled it very professionally. They were responsive, understanding, and after discussing the case, they approved a full refund as a one-time exception.

I appreciate their transparency and willingness to resolve the issue fairly.

Overall, while users should be careful with auto-renewal subscriptions, the customer support experience was positive and helpful.

Clicked “Re-subscribe” and was instantly charged ~$200 for a plan I never selected. No clear pricing or confirmation before the charge.

Support approved a full refund, but it’s now been over 2 months and nothing has been paid.

Every follow-up = same copy-paste:
“Approved, processing, billing team”

At this point it just feels like stalling.

Be very careful with their billing — this is not a trustworthy experience.

i’ve been using adcreative.ai for a few months now to handle the assets for my ai projects. as a developer, i usually find these types of tools to be either way too complex or just too limited, but this one strikes a really good balance. the ui is super intuitive and doesn't get in the way of my actual work. i particularly like the conversion scoring system; it actually gives a logical, data-backed reason for picking one design over another, which is a huge upgrade from just guessing. onboarding was smooth and haven't had any technical issues so far. it’s definitely speeded up my workflow. solid solution if you need to scale fast.
