I have felt that the Adaware team honestly tries to help and that is awesome. Keep up the good work.

It took several days to resolve current issue. However, previous year predicament was never resolved in spite my emails.

The company did not let it's customers know it was having issues keeping the software operating as it should. As a result I spent hours using bad infomation on their support page to try to fix an issue that could not be fixed by me.

Best customer service ever! Within 24 hours I get links or whatever help I need, fast and easy.

For me it was a simple download from the start. Everybody needs protection every day while using their computer at home and this was easy to do. I have had this adaware for a couple years now and it gives me peace of mind knowing that you are protected from malicious sites and downloads.

I wanted to scan my pc as ik regularly do. I could not log on to the pc-cleaner app. I sended a short e-mail to support desk explaining my problem. Shotly after I got two apps. One to uninstall the old app and the other to install the new app. DONE! Fantasic not having to be waiting long for a solution.

I had a few minor issues trying to use my product due to an email mix up. A gentlemen by the name of Charlie was on it immediately. For whatever reasons there were still issue and I was becoming extremely impatient and vented out. Charlie was sincere, polite and had patience for both of us. Although my experience during the process was not very good, at the end of the day, Charlie cleaned the slate for me and my experience was extremely optimistic and positive.
Thank you again Charlie for your patience and understanding getting this resolved for me.

I had some issues with Ad-Aware Total, and it was so simple to contact their help desk. From then on it was very simple to sort out my issue.
I cannot praise the help I recieved high enough, it was absolutly fantasic.
If you use the free version it's very good, but I would advise you to take the plunge and upgrade, it does so much more than you think.

This companies software and addon was automatically installed on Windows and Google Chrome WITHOUT MY PERMISSION when I started an install of FileZilla. This happened before I even completed the install of the software I actually downloaded. The addon for chrome either forced my Chrome closed, or crashed it, resulting in all my tabs being lost and needing restored. It also tried to automatically give itself permission to view and access ALL of my web history. This is an unacceptable violation of trust and privacy.

UPDATE: as promised below, the company did send a request for my contact info. I sent them the info and they NEVER responded or asked me a single question. This leads me to believe the response is just a ploy to try and negate the negative stigma of a bad review.

I had some difficulties with renewal (website not very clear). But very speedy end responsive when I sent email to support.

Works great, free version or paid. Have had great success with this great product.

My problem was solved the next day. Very efficient service.

I have bought your program and installed it but constantly asks me to sign. I have asked for help from a technician to be able to check it but unfortunately nothing has been done so far

Gave a bad review , take it back they came though big time and fixed every thing i had , it would not take my pass word or e mail , so they refunded me and now i will start over , i am sure it was not the site's problem , some how i was not putting some thing in right
