renewing my adaware screening programme was relatively. easy and straightforward.The activation code sent by e-mail arrived almost at once and apart from my e-mail I hsd nothing else to add and renewal was virtually immediate.I have used this free screen and find it most useful.Thankyou ADAWARE.J.R.K.

Adaware, The best program for your computer!
I am a Long time User of Adaware programs. I had an issue with my version of Adaware, that when it updated/upgraded on my Windows 10 (64 bit) PC, the paid version of Adaware Pro, reverted to the free version and would not allow me to log in and activate it. Both, the Forum, and Technical support people were fully on top of the issue. Multiple contacts and troubleshooting tries to fix the issue. I was able to finally get my program to activate fully, I couldn't be More Impressed and Thankful to the wonderful support personnel who worked tirelessly to get my product working! As a Long time user, I can 100% Reccomend And Endorse All of their Fantastic Programs for protecting and keeping your computer running at Optimal performance!
Thank You for keeping these products up to date and efficient! I will use your products forever!

I was asked to update my free copy
I was asked to update my free copy. I tried, really I did. It took several attempts with a VALID email address to get the thing to send my activation number. I entered it, and it wanted my PIN. I don't remember entering a PIN before, so I asked the application to email my PIN to my valid safety email address.
That was yesterday morning. I'm still waiting for the PIN to be emailed, and I asked like about 10 times now.
SO I can't update my copy because your stuff is stupid. Oh yes, I checked the junk folders and spam filters (turned off by the way) and still no email.

Over Billing for Adaware Anti Virus Software
In February 2021 I was charged for Adaware Anti Virus Program, then in March 2018 Windows 10 informed me that my Firewall was disabled, upon checking my Adaware Anti Virus I discovered my Adaware Anti Virus Status changed from Pro to Free. I was advised to renew my Anti Virus which I did again. The next day I was again charged for Adaware Anti Virus, I was notified by PayPal about the latest charge. I then contacted the Adaware via the toll free telephone number, when I informed the Adaware Customer Service Rep (Alisia) about the problem I was contacted by Adaware with a Ticket Number regarding my complaint. Since then Tiffany has been handling my complaint. With her assistance my problem was resolved along with receiving a credit to my PayPal Account and a new expiration date for my Adaware Anti Virus Pro Software. Both Alisia and Tiffany handled my complaint in a very professional and timely manner.
