great product and excellent service

Great service from Adaptainers! We ordered two containers and they were delivered quickly in excellent condition. The customer service was excellent at keeping us informed and the delivery company they use are also excellent. Highly recommend!

I used Adaptainer to purchase 6 containers. Georgia Robertson sent me a competitive quote and being local to us (Colchester), we chose to go ahead.
Clear communication from Chloe Pink in transport regarding scheduling the delivery. The delivery Operatives delivered the containers to the site and it all went smoothly with containers placed neatly together in a line. No trouble at all.

Perfect and easy transaction very helpful kept me informed and brilliant service would highly recommend, called and gave me a time the day before driver delivered no problem, and fast delivery thanks again

I’ve bought several new containers from Adaptainer. The service is good from start to finish. I like the XL vents and combined with Grafotherm it gives my storage customers confidence that their units won’t get condensation.
They use excellent hauliers and in the 5 purchases I’ve made with them, I have been very satisfied with the experience

The hire process is all quick and simple, the hire team went the extra mile when I needed a container faster than is the standard. The team accommodated that by being incredibly responsive processing the hire agreement, finding a haulier with availability and genuinely can't thank the team enough to make it happen and overcome a constraint of my own making

The hiring process was easy, and the communication was great, from order confirmation, through invoicing and receiving regular updates on transportation and delivery. The haulage company that delivered were also professional and helpful and, above all, punctual!!

Really great first experience with Adaptainer from quotation through to delivery. I was sent requested information and a quotation very quickly which was great as I needed things to move fast after being let down by another company. Communication was great. Our delivery driver was absolutely fantastic. All round a great experience and will be back again.

I’ve used Adaptainer in the past and their service is brilliant. The driver plonks it in the corner of the shed exactly where you need it and nothing is too much trouble. The bonus is that the container is as described, watertight , mouse proof , doors opening closing with ease and they are the most competitively priced too.
