I ordered from you and you sent me a confirmation email then I received an email two days later saying it had been despatched it was only when I tried to track the item I realised my order had been cancelled due to lack of stock.Next day your were still advertising on the internet that the item was in stock slightly confusing.

The product was packaged in a in a nylon see through bag, which was pretty and would have made a lovely gift for someone. Inside the box was an extra cloth and that was an unexpected bonus. Price was also a factor. This was the best price for the size. All in all a great buy.

Parcel never arrived
Parcel never arrived - ordered Tom Ford perfume for my girlfriend and it never came. Emailed and they blamed post and to wait but still not arrived but I have received my other posts and deliveries since, on items I placed orders after this one. If I don't receive by tomorrow will ask of refund. AVOID!

Fake Elemis body creams
I ordered two Elemis body creams but they are not Elemis body creams at all. The texture is completely wrong (more like the shower cream). The packaging looks right but these products are a fake. I bought these as presents so it’s a pretty dreadful experience. Beware!
