Ordered 3 elemis products, received just 1 of the 3- badly damaged box and bottle inside damaged- was a gift so couldn’t use- I mailed to find out where the 2 missing items were and to arrange return of damaged item twice no response- had to claim via PayPal yet to hear if will get my money back!! BEWARE!! This company is a SCAM!
I placed an order with this company over 2 weeks ago and I have not received my order. I’ve had no dispatch information, I contacted the company and it took over a week for them to reply, only for them to say my order has been delivered. They have showed me no proof of delivery and who they’ve used to deliver it. I’ve now opened a dispute with PayPal regarding this.
BEWARE of this SCAM company.
