After being told the day before that…
After being told the day before that the Engineer due to call to me was unfortunately ill, Action quickly replaced him with another Engineer Micheal who arrived the following day and performed the work very efficiently and neatly. Action put Customer Satisfaction very high on their to do list.

Very helpful response to my requests for specific information on the installation and operation of the system.
Flexible system--for example the time from setting the alarm to closing the front door was extended to 45 seconds to facilitate my wife who has a limitation to her gait.
