My 5 start rating is for Alejandro Carrasquero. Over the past 6 months, he has supported me and my Dir/TechOps as we evaluated Cloud Softphone as a replacement for Bria and Zoiper. Alejandro guided us through the application process, explaining all of the features and how they worked.

Another important requirement in addition to calling was the ability to integrate our texting platform with Cloud SF. When we were initially unable to get things to work, Alejandro figured out what the problem was and we were able to get everything working.

As a result of Alejandro's hard work over six months, we are now a happy reseller of Cloud SF to our family of 100+ MSPs with 5,000 customers!

The app is very user-friendly and easy to you.
There are many premium features that you can customize.
The quality of the call is cluster clean, never faced any issues.

The product is excellent, it works well on both iOS and Android, but that's not what makes the difference. The difference has been made by the availability, courtesy, professionalism, and efficiency of all the people I had to interact with.

From the very beginning till the release, Acrobits solution works like a charm. Documentation and available support is very professional. We were able to release our white label iOS and Android app within a few weeks. (implementing our own Autoprovisioning)

We have developed a new UC Mobile App from scratch and after looking at different possibilities, we decided to leverage the Acrobits SDK. This was our best decision. The SDK appears to work beyond our expectations for both iOS and Android. It is very robust, reliable and it is constantly improving. The use of the SDK has reduced our development and time to market considerably. In addition, the Acrobits team provided from day one a great support with all the necessary information to be able to integrate the SDK into our new developed application in a very timely manner.

We use Acrobits' whitelabel softphone application for our hosted VoIP system.

Onboarding was extremely smooth and the apps work very well both on iOS and Android.

I have no issues recommending acrobits, top work guys and special shout out to Milan!

We are purchasing the Whitelabelled Softphone solution from Acrobits. Alejandro has been of great support during the implementation of their solution.

Having worked with countless vendors and providers in the telecom industry for 20+ years, I can say that the experience with Acrobits has been one of the best. Not only is their technology great, but they have an excellent sales and support staff to back it up.

The mobile app has been very reliable and fulfills the needs of our customers. The ease to onboard has made it very simple to introduce this app into our service portfolio. The technical support is very timely and always spot on.
