I purchased my merchandise with the intention of paying the cash price. Even though I did not want the insurance, the person that initiated my lease told me that they were mandatory, as no insurance anywhere is mandatory. I was paying more than the amount required and BEFORE the due date, however when I got close to the end of the no interest period I started getting late fees and my balance seemed to just increase. The app did not show all my payments and when I called to speak with someone they were rude. I still paid off within the 100 day period because that was the plan, but I still paid more for the merchandise than listed. In short, im not looking to finance anything else with Acima.

The first time I applied 4 years ago, everything went smoothly. I recently applied again to help my son, but unfortunately received horrible customer service from Michael to the point that I no longer wanted to move forward with the leasing agreement.

I had a very disappointing experience with Acima Financial Services.
I completed a lease agreement and received confirmation emails saying everything had been approved and processed correctly. However, a few days later, my orders completely disappeared from the system nothing showed under “My Orders” and there was no active lease information available.
When I contacted customer service, I was simply told that I would need to sign a new lease and redo the purchase from the beginning due to an internal issue. The problem is that one of the items I originally purchased is now out of stock, meaning I may lose the product I specifically wanted because of a system failure that was not my fault.

I didn't like the way my payments were set up I had weekly payments and when I made a large payment instead of subtracting it from the total and taking out the weekly payments it stopped my weekly payments until that the large payment covered the weekly payments

I went through a financial hardship & couldn’t pay loan off within the time frame. Although the original loan is paid in full, I’m being financially raped!!! I’m still paying “thousands” in interest!!!!! Not hundreds, thousands!!!!!
& that’s Not an exaggeration. Don’t know how people from this company sleep at night. Still going to keep paying them, because I value my credit.
Mock my words, This company will fail because they take advantage of customers more than they help them!!!

I was told by the furniture employee and the Acima rep that this was a 3 month no interest program. I choose this because of my high credit rating and I do this all the time. I found out that this is a lease to own program with a program fee. Not what I wanted. I paid this off before my second payment with a credit card because I rather pay interest than be in your program.

The app glitched while trying to do a new lease and I was denied with no further assistance when my eligibility was based off an incomplete application where my identity couldn’t be identified and even after sending all the documentation they asked for I recieved no help. Customer service is a run around and each person will tell you something different.

The store never explained how much the apr rate was they said it wouldn’t be any extra money more than I owed... yea right, I only owed like 4 something they made it over 1,000 that’s insane. Don’t do it 😂 I ended up just paying it off early.

I held 5 different leases totalling over 2,000. Not only did I pay on time, I paid early. Npw I reapplied because my card needs work and I was denied. Nothing in my credit file or finances changed except better and now I cannot get my car fixed. I worked hard to pay off this company and now I need help and iam decclined!!! Scam

What I disliked is that I filled out a survey after the furniture was delivered. No-one ever called nor replied, responded back at all from my concern. My 2 piece set was never hooked properly together, when the 2 men delivered it and still is NOT to this day. I have even called and explained this, but I guess it still did not matter at all to your business. I highly doubt it if you care now to still review this note and come fix my Sofa!!!
I cannot lift it and put it together!!!!!
