I felt like I paid way too much

I felt like I paid way too much. On my final lease statement it said I paid $1524. But I didn’t I paid almost $300 more. My lease agreement said I didn’t have a processing fee. But I was charged a $99 processing fee.

Horrible bad customer service they never know anything constantly connecting and hanging up on you not enough time for early day pay out like it’s ran in India it’s crazy

Customer Service Representatives are…

Customer Service Representatives are always professional and willing to assist. This is my 2nd time with Acima. And both times were great experiences!
thank you all for helping me to be able to get what I need in advance without going through hard financing.

Automatic payments made it easy, but the interest on the loan is atrocious! I paid off my furniture yesterday, but I would have easily paid more than double for the set had I kept making payments. I don't have great credit, so I guess beggars can't be choosers, but the costs were a lot!

Great company to work with

Great company to work with.
The only down side is they don’t report to the credit bureau when you make your payments on time and completed . So it won’t help rebuild your credit

I “paid off” my account early and all…

I “paid off” my account early and all they did was take and apply my payments for the next 5 months so they could charge me the full amount, super disappointed. When I called she said it’s was because I used a “1 time payment” not a “payoff payment” . Tried explaining if your paying something off 1 times seems legit because there should be no more payments. Also usuing your same theory of it’s a 1 times payment why did you turn it into 8 payments. She had no other response other than you cant use 1 times payment for payoff of 1000$ you have to use payoff. I had to pay another 400$ dishonest to me. Who would know that 1 time payment wouldn’t work to pay off a bill. Lesson learned, won’t use them again.

Yall want a honest review

Yall want a honest review; I have went through Acima 2X and both times it was an easy process; I normally do the 90day buyout. Like any normal human when you want something and you want it now but just don’t have all the funds at the moment; their that friend that says I gotchu just pay me back lol with no hassle or a whole bunch of questions; Acima’s my friend; hope this review helps someone. One more thing always do the 90day if you can; you’ll be spending waaaayyyyy more money if you don’t like triple the amount. Okay bye :)

Item was delivered on 04/06. NO PAPERWORK AVAILABLE FOR PAYMENT UNTIL MAY 26TH DESPITE MY PHONE CALLS!!!

Item was delivered on 04/06. I called and couldn't get my contract pulled up because Acima didn't have "a delivery receipt". I signed one!! They could not pull up my account even though I had paperwork from Ashley Furniture!?! When I FINALLY received the paperwork, it was nearly 90 days. Which is the reason I was calling back in April!!!! I had to pay a LOT MORE THAN I WAS QUOTED!!!!! DO NOT GO THROUGH ACIMA IF YOU SHOP AT ASHLEY FURNITURE?!!!!!!!

David was patient

David was patient, understanding and kind. I was frustrated with the app but he was able to locate the account and access info in a timely manner without putting me on hold. Thank you for great customer service on an early weekend morning!!!

A horrible experience

A horrible experience. At first, they explained everything clearly, but they lied to me. Once I had signed all the paperwork, they told me that the items I had purchased were actually being rented—meaning that if you don't make the final payment they set, you end up having to pay for them for the rest of your life. It’s not fair: they lend you a thousand and charge you five thousand. And even if you do make the final payment they require, they keep charging you anyway. It was a very bad experience on my part; I will never work with them for loans again. Una experiencia horrible. Al principio me explicaron todo con claridad, pero me mintieron. Una vez que hube firmado todo el papeleo, me dijeron que los artículos que había comprado, en realidad, me los estaban alquilando; lo que significa que, si no realizas el pago final que ellos establecen, terminas teniendo que pagarlos por el resto de tu vida. No es justo: te prestan mil y te cobran cinco mil. E incluso si realizas el pago final que exigen, te siguen cobrando de todos modos. Fue una experiencia muy negativa para mí; nunca volveré a recurrir a ellos para solicitar préstamos.
