My agent was an absolute gem. They took their time to make sure I was well-informed, walked me through everything, and made sure I got the best deal. Achieve is a company I have worked with a couple of times. I have worked with Glen. He is always so helpful. He always looks out for his customer and what is going to work best for them. Someday I hope to be out of debt, I think with Achieve, I can achieve that goal.

I was denied due to low income which is their right. However even though they had my income documents they pulled my credit anyway which was not necessary. There is zero concern about customers . They did not need to lower my credit score just to deny me due to income. There was also over a month delay while I waited for them to contact me. My loan processor would not speak to me at all. It's just unprofessional. Not only that they added in about $3,000 worth of fees that were not disclosed to me in the beginning. When I found out they were the Freedom Financial Network I realized I should never have contacted them in the first place.

Tracy provided us with excellent service, gave us options and knows what she is doing. Tracy helped us from beginning to end and made the process easy.
