Frauds

I have had the worst experience with this company, and I feel it’s necessary to share this with everyone. I paid 245 GBP to this company, expecting a decent service, but instead, they blocked my account out of nowhere, claiming that I am involved in fraudulent activities. The shocking part? They provided no evidence or explanation regarding the so-called fraud. I have reached out countless times (at least 5000 attempts) to get some clarity on what exactly happened, but every time I am met with vague, irrelevant responses.

Their customer service is an absolute joke. Every time I contacted them, I received useless replies, and I could clearly tell that the people handling my queries were completely unqualified. In fact, it felt like they were just sitting in India without any real understanding of how to manage global customer queries effectively. It’s beyond frustrating when you’re treated like this, especially after paying a significant amount for a service that they fail to provide.

The worst part? They do not even care to address the core issue and leave you hanging without any support or explanation. I have never encountered such a dishonest and negligent company in my life. The only thing they seem to be good at is blocking accounts and wasting time with generic excuses.

Why are they even operating globally if they can’t handle their customers properly? This is a scam and a complete waste of time and money. Do not fall for their lies and poor service! I’m absolutely disgusted by the way they handle their clients and am now forced to escalate this to higher authorities.

Avoid this company at all costs! They don’t deserve your hard-earned money or your business. Absolutely unacceptable service.

ALERT! Stay away and safe from these Indian SCAMMERS. If you are super rich then better help the poor rather than wasting your money on this company. They just rob your money every month without providing you their services. They took more than £200 of mine in total, without providing me any calling service. Their app is shit. Their customer service is pathetic. Their technical support team is unprofessional and unqualified. Stay safe from these SCAMMERS and better use any other company. 1 star is just a formality, otherwisethey don't even deserve this 1 star too. HIGHLY UNRECOMMENDED!

Worst service ever

Worst service ever! They promise you the world, but at the last moment, they ghost you and stop responding.

This happened to me on the day of our launch when we were supposed to use their calling functions. I was in touch with Mridul Mishra, and at the last moment, I received an email saying, "Sorry, we can't proceed." This happened despite me providing all the required documents and even following up to ensure they had everything they needed.

I was completely panicked because I was relying on their services based on their promises. But instead of giving me a reason, they simply stopped replying. I even tried reaching out to their customer support, but there was no response. When I contacted their senior team members on LinkedIn, I realized they were all the same, no accountability at all.

So, before opting for their service, think carefully. Their negligence can seriously damage your business.

Misleading Product & Terrible Customer Service – Stay Away!

I had a terrible experience with Acefone.com. Their agent, Saurav Kumar, completely misrepresented their product. I was told I was purchasing a Predictive Dialer, but after digging into the features, it turns out it’s just an Auto Dialer — and when I called him out on it, he insisted they were the same thing (they’re not). To make matters worse, the system is outdated, clunky, and lacks basic features like voicemail detection. When I asked for a refund of the $100 I had already paid, I was told it wasn't possible. Total rip-off. Do yourself a favor and avoid this company at all costs.

Over billing issue- will not resolve!

I have been getting billed for 6 lines for over 6 months and keep complaining about it and nothing has been done and they force you to pay the bill or they shut down your phone service.

What should cost me $57 monthly is well over $114.

There are much better options out there that are cheaper with better billing support. Today was the last day they forced me to pay extra and I am moving everything and my new savings are well over 50% cheaper! Never again will I do business with this group! Lesson learned over 6 billing periods.

I have been with this company for just…

I have been with this company for just under 4 years. It was generally a good company to work with, however of late it seems to have gone down.
We are set up to pay by direct debit with them and their accounting office keeps on disconnecting our line for non payment. To date all payments have been honoured, however they seem to not request the full payment for the bank and as a result it shows an outstanding balance. Repeated emails to have them resolve this has failed and sadly i will move to a new provider as I cannot have my phone lines being cut every month for no apparent reason. They fail to understand the importance of a phone line to a customer. The decision to disconnect a phone line cannot be taken so lightly. Sort out your Accounts department as this will cost you!

TERRIBLE APP

TERRIBLE APP! I don't get notifications for calls or texts on my phone (yes all the notifications are on...) and the web app does not include sms. I have to have a browser tab open to text on their buggy website?! I've used a few voip services now and this is by far the worst! It's not being developed, is ancient as dinosaurs, and just HORRIBLE. If you need voip and more than basic sms and phone calls, LOOK SOMEWHERE ELSE.

Hilarious customer support and response

Well, they called me and promised me that my setup would be done by Friday. Then they emailed me that they could not set up my account. I asked if there was any necessary information I could provide. I emailed them, but haven't heard back from them. Nishant was the customer support agent. He called me out of the blue and told me that he would get it approved. and now he has sent me the same email.

Terrible

Terrible, harassment and persistent phone calls.
I had an issue with the on hold button and their solution was to download free third party software. They kept calling me on my personal mobile and I requested they called the business number they provided. The persistence of the phone calls for various reasons were beyond tolerable. I sent numerous complaints by email and on the phone. Not one was actioned and it was a case of trying to divert you to trying to fix the issue of on hold rather than the complaint about calling on a personal mobile at unsocial hours.

Intermittent faults and poor customer service

Isaue with the number has been tested several times and remains uncontactable. This has caused a serious issue with our clients being unable to reach us over several days potentially costing our business a lot of money.

I am deeply unhappy with your service so far. Not only the app which doesn't seem to work but also has poor functionality, for example, you cannot even save a voicemail which we have tried to do many times.
Your customer service was also uncontactable when we made it clear how urgent the issue was.

They ask for you to do a 5 star review at your initial call... before any use of their services!
