I am extremely disappointed with how my PlayStation account suspension was handled by Sony Interactive Entertainment.
My son and his friends were playing online when another group of kids began using derogatory language and bullying them. An argument followed and our account was suspended. The only explanation provided was a very brief email saying the account may have violated the code of conduct, with no clear details about what message caused the suspension.
As a paying customer who has spent thousands of dollars on the PlayStation 5, games, and subscriptions, it is frustrating that the console is now essentially unusable during the suspension. It currently feels like an expensive paperweight and we cannot access some games that were already purchased.
I calmly contacted customer support to understand the situation, but after that interaction my account was flagged and I can no longer contact a support agent.
The lack of communication, transparency, and access to support is extremely disappointing.
I respectfully request a clear explanation of the suspension, a review of the moderation decision, and restoration of access to offline games and previously purchased content during the suspension period. Case number 50920603
I do not have a PS account. I do not play on a PS. I do however seem to pay $6.95 EVERY month for PS subscription. When I ask the kid, he doesn’t know what I’m talking about, so I have been trying to call Sony to find out what exactly I am paying for! Do you think you can talk to anyone? No! They send you round and round in circles. I would love for someone from Sony to contact me, but I won’t hold my breath!!!
On Ps4 the new party system is annoying, having to invite people through message group, it was easier to invite select players without hassle,

Well I'm trying to connect my PS3 with my ps4 account and it won't let me. It keeps on telling me to do stuff that I can't do
FRAUD - Can't contact them. They keep sending me emails about something I did not buy - I do not even own a Playstation. I can't provide the info they are asking for on their site because it requires an ID and password which I do not have because I NEVER BOUGHT THE PRODUCT
Sony diabolical customer service from Sony uk contact centre. Completely atrocious attitude. Not willing to help customer resolve issue easily. Instead put multiple blockages to stop issue being resolved . Should be sent on how to respect and communicate clearly course and managers overseeing this shambles should be held accountable.
We were charged for a membership renewal on a machine that crashed They would not refund the membership because ‘all sales are final’. We can’t use the membership because the PlayStation is dead. THEY DO NOT CARE. Do not buy their consoles or games or memberships.
Greediest company i've ever seen.
you get banned from sony playstation if you put up a fight when they double charge you. you cannot go thru your credit card to fight it. if you do, its an instant ban. i am not making this up. My 50 year old husband got banned because he was charged twice on his credit card for one purchase, refused to let them get away with it. He called his Credit card company.
Not everyone who plays games are kids. Stop taking advantage of kids, AND adults.

They really don't care if youre having an issue with their products or services. Your complaint will be met with a generic email that doesn't even apply to your issue.
We've been with Sony for the past 3 years on a PS4, when we haven't had that many problems just till recently. A few weeks ago we called Sony entertainment because my brothers account was stolen by someone with a PS4 account. While this was happening, I called Sony three times and they hung up on me, I tried to get my mom to call them on her cell phone, then we were getting somewhere, while explaining what happened to my brothers account, they told us we will send you an email to reset the password and email address, after 24 hours we still 100% never got the email, we tried this twice.
A day later my dad called them and explained the problem again, they basically said, "we don't trust you, we want our customer's to be safe and secure." If you want to ask me, that's some terrible support. Later that day we called again, explaining the situation and what was happening, another guy says he's sorry and there's nothing we can do about it. We also sent an email to the President of Sont Entertainment in California about what happened, we took screen shots of every single purchase on gift cards, and digital games, (because we bought gift cards on Amazon and kept the receipt from game purshases, it was easier to gather the info) with all that put together, the total was about $500. To this day, from sometime in April, to May 10th. We have not heard back from Sony Entertainment. With our experience with Sony, I will never buy a product within Sony Entertainment. Poor support and liars, because of there bad security, we lost about $500, not including the system and everything that came with it.
You have to change password all the time, and the email to do this is very slow, which means it takes forever to change

I'm sure it's a scam, because:
- I suddenly get emails about that I should reset mu account. These email are sent repeatedly. These kinds of email are never sent repeatedly!
- In the mail is a link to reset my password (which I haven't clicked, and you should also not do that !). These kinds of email are only sent of you yourself requested a password reset. Or maybe if the website has been hacked and they had to reset a lot of the user's their password, but in that case it will be clearly stated in the mail.
- I cannot find info about the website. Except for a post on reddit, also telling it's a scam.
A tried to purchase apps through Sony's site for my ILCE 6000, but it seems to be impossible because of the silly, middle-age system.
Cannot use a valid PayPal account which is used almost every day on other sites, it says it is not valid.
Cannot use my card because of "internal error" message.
Cannot use my 2nd card because of "invalid credit card information" message even the card data is perfect.
Cannot write for customer service, because the form asks for a PSN Online name which I didn't have earlier because I do not have any consoles, but OK, I created this ID. Then the form says "invalid PSN ID".
I think they don't want to sell anything. The most annoying things are the error messages which are lack of any information and professionalism.
I feel they are digging themselves deeper and deeper.
