Appalling. I ordered two lots of medication by mistake. I called, left two voicemails and sent two emails stating that I had made a mistake and ordered two lots instead of one. The doctor then only approved one lot of medication. In their questions an answers it states that they will only take the amount that you owe from your bank. When I questioned this they ignored me. I’ve sent another multiple emails which have been ignored or answered part of the question. I now see that the note stating that the doctor only approved one box has disappeared and they shipped two boxes to me which will now justify taking the whole sum of money. I’m not at all happy.

I was worried after reading the reviews but I had no issues at all,ordered some antibiotics for my UTI and they arrived as expected. I used my address to confirm my age as I was suspicious about putting my card details for it. Everything was confirmed and order was shipped. Recommend!

We ordered medication on a Sunday, it was confirmed on the Monday and arrived on the Tuesday. Fantastic service.

Unfortunately my order was not received, it was ordered on June 10th. Contacted them and had no reply. The money came from my account though

Absolutely brilliant. Their service is next to none. I used the next day delivery service as I knew that it was a bank holiday. There was no way that I could get to a g.p. because of the high volume of patients we get at our G.P. especially after a bank holiday!!!!
so ordered antibiotics and they came the next day without fail. I had accidentally ordered two packets but was refunded straight away. Will be using them again if I can't get to the doctors in time. Excellent service. Thank you. I honestly cannot believe the negative reviews. They are certainly NOT a scam company .SallyAnn Ling

Cancelled order with no explanations given and no contact. Poor

I put an order in on the 12th fedurary it took them a wk to send it, which wasn't good. I sent them e mails, but they didn't answer , but they got them in the end . I don't think they gef it. when we put a order jn it's cause the doctors are so busy we can't get to see them . Anyway, all end OK

I tried to order a product through this company but received an email from them saying they were unable to process the order due to being unable to verify my age.
I then ordered the product from another company that was able to verify my age.
Access doctor then emailed me to say my original order had been approved and that payment had been taken.
I emailed them to explain what had happened and asked them to please refund and cancel the order.
They did not acknowledge my email and so I then tried to call them repeatedly during the hours they say they’re open on their website but just got put through to voicemail repeatedly.
I have now received the items that they said they were unable to prescribe and have been charged for them. I do not need two sets of this medication and am now out £50 which I cannot afford.
Would advise avoiding this company as it seeks they are uncontactable if an issue arises

Didn't received my order and ignored my email chasing.65405 is order number, chased via email on 2nd November! Expensive eye drops. Don't use this site!

I have not received the medication I ordered but the company have taken the money. I will have to go through my bank to claim the money back. Do not use.
UPDATE
I finally had a response to my emails and they say my email proving what medication I was on went into their junk mail. They were still slow to respond to my emails initially when the problem could have been resolved. I also think their processes are inefficient as they ask questions after they have charged you unlike other online pharmacies. I am waiting for my refund. Thankfully, I have enough disposable income that I was able to buy my medication elsewhere. Shame they don't look at the reviews and improve their systems.

I was extremely worried after ordering and then coming here to read the reviews! I have received my order and was sent as requested signed by 1pm.

What I will say is that they really need to make people aware of cut off times, when placing for next day let people know when that will be after a certain time. I also emailed them and didn’t get a reply which doesn’t help people thinking it’s not a scam.

Scam. Don’t believe the reviews saying it’s not. They ended up taking more money that it was supposed to cost out of my account but luckily my credit card company blocked the transaction as a fraudulent scam which is a pain because they’ve had to send out a new card to stop this company taking anymore. If you try to phone the pharmacy number, it just goes through to answer phone.

Ordered antibiotics with this company, they had to approve my order due to them being an prescribed medication and I didn't put the the request in until Saturday evening. I didn't hear anything back until Monday morning telling me my order had been approved and my item would be sent out, I received it the next day via post. Extremely happy with the service I received.

Ordered medication on Friday and arrived by Royal Mail the next day. Brilliant service.

This is a scam, they accessed my card details and then the next day i had fraud transactions on my account. BEWARE

Have just realised that I have been scammed. If only I had read Trustpilot first! Ordered some UTI tablets and they took the money straight away whilst 'verifying' my age. And no email confirmation either. Please don't order from them. I am now thinking what my next step is.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS ….. these people are scammers. I ordered and paid for Betnovate Scalp Therapy but email confirmation stated a different item. I emailed to cancel order but received no response. I rang but no one picked up and phone rang out. I did this 4 times. I sent another email and still no response. I then emailed again and threatened Trading Standards, and surprise/surprise someone rang me and promised immediate refund. NO REFUND has been given despite promise 10 days ago so I have now made a claim against my bank for charge-back, and I’ve also filled out an online form with Trading Standards. On Tuesday I will be lodging complaint with Police for theft. They are a disgraceful company who use sharp practices at best. They’ve stolen my money and clearly won’t refund. Very dishonest company.

Would give it 0 stars if I could.I placed an ordered for some anti sickness tablets which were priced £23.99. I assumed it was 100 tablets due to the picture used. However, I only received 30. I emailed customer service as I thought it was a mistake and that it might have fallen out in transit due to the box it arrived in being damaged. This was not the case, they replied back saying I placed an order for 30 at the price of £23.99 which is utterly ridiculous. Please be careful when you order from this website as it doesn't state anywhere that it was only 30 tablets for that price. I will never order from here ever again.
