Counterfeit (update).
Purchased trainers from here and received counterfeit trainers. The website says they perform checks, but clearly their checks weren’t thorough.

Rather than try and rectify the issue with me directly and respond to my emails, they’ve come to a joint decision to only respond when the complaint has been made public.
You’re not as experienced as you claim to be. You’re not “sneaker-heads”.
And, yes. I have much better things to do than to send you multiple emails without a reply. Maybe if you sort your customer service out, I wouldn’t have to waste my time leaving you a review.

It is very damaging to our brand to leave a false review. There hasn't been an order made under Hudson Smith on our website. Additionally, we haven't sent over an invite for this review, which is where most reviews come from.
We work incredibly hard to meet our customers' needs. We are very transparent and anyone can easily get in contact with us if needed. We haven't received any messages or emails from you across all of our social platforms to resolve any issues if there were any.
We are very strict on the authenticity of our products. Our limited edition trainers are either purchased from retailers or sourced from other companies similar to ours which would have ultimately come from an official retailer. Not only is it an offence to sell counterfeit items, but we absolutely hate them! This company started from the love of sneakers. We carefully check every item that comes in and goes out. We stock thousands of trainers and are very experienced in the sneaker game. We are a registered company here in the UK under GROUP 426 LTD and we are proud to help people obtain the trainers and clothing they desire!
It is very unfair to leave such a review that can cause damages to our brand. We have taken the necessary actions by firstly contacting Trustpilot to get this review removed.
We do hope that you have better things to do with your life than trying to sabotage the image of a growing company.

Excellent service. Really personal I received a watts app as I didn’t enter my address correctly. I was then encouraged to order a size up in the trainers I purchased as they come up small. I’m glad I did!! Thank u for that personal touch. It saved me sending the shoes back and re ordering . Great service 5⭐️
