Item purchased not as described smaller
Item purchased not as described yet seller wouldn't send me return label. As item not as described is not fit for purpose as per trading standards description and thus should be refundable, customer should not pay postage in such circumstances.

Ordered direct, rather than through Amazon, as cheaper. Service was excellent. Key box arrived quickly and I was kept informed of its progress. Item is as described and is perfect for keeping all my keys in one place. Key fobs and numerical stickers, plus screws to fix to wall, are included.

Good quality for the price
Monitor stand and screen riser. I looked all over the shopping sites for a particular sized item and was suprised by the low price at ABN. No hassle checkout without account set up and extra delivery charges. Item arrived with tracking in a few days. I will certainly shop with ABN in the future.
